Sababa Cafe is located in the lower level of an office building. After entering the lobby, take the elevators down to LL. Take a left and follow the hall to a lunch area where the cafe is. Service is quick and friendly. It is a hidden gem of a lunch spot with lots of fresh and delicious options. The Chicken Sumac flatbread is prepared to order and served hot. There is a great selection of beverages and a beautiful salad bar. The salad bar is sold by weight and includes chick peas, hard boiled eggs, hummus, fresh veggies, three kinds of greens, cottage cheese, chunks of chicken, corn and black beans, tuna fish, and six kinds of salad dressing. The chicken shwarma bowl special was tasty but the chicken was a little bit dry. The turkey sandwich was on a grain bread with oats baked on. Prices are reasonable. Staff is amazing, informative, and helpful. Service is outstanding. Food is excellent. Desserts too! There is plenty of comfortable seating in the cafe area or the lobby. The cafe is open until 2 pm and in the morning for breakfast until 10 am.
