“Finally made it across the river to Nova today. My visit left me in the state of "how many times were you told to get here... & kept saying...mehh... I will? Well today did not disappoint! I loved the small brunch cocktail menu, not overwhelming and some great options, the bloody with dill pickle ice was very tempting! I opted for the Knob Creek Colab Sour, it was delicious & not too sweet so I sucked it down in two sips! It paired perfectly w hanging out w buddies on the patio! I like that he patio had options of small square tables, round tables and picnic tables w umbrellas! There's a small parking lot, that if it's full you can easily park along the Coulee curb. Boomin Barbecue has residency and w the Libations for Everyone podcast recording today I opted for the Knob Creek burger, "Smoked & Seared Burger, American Cheese, Smoked Pork Belly, Bourbon Braised Onions, Pickles, Knob Creek Aioli on a Sesame Potato Bun". I'm sorry, correction: the DELICIOUS Knob Creek burger!!! The bar was comfortable and spacious, read: you weren't touching legs w the chair next to you. You can see the two bathrooms from the bar, they're not tucked away in some corner. I like that there is a garage door open to the spacious patio. I was able to have a few words w the friendly owner. I may have drug my feet to have my inaugural visit, but I am positive there will be no delay on my next visit. Thanks Nova for such a fun, comfortable and delicious afternoon, cheers!“

“The food was amazing. Yeti, our server did an excellent job of checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend, the wait wasn't too long even on a busy Saturday at lunch time.“
“I recently visited for a Saturday lunch, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! Despite being busy, the service was impressively fast, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only downside was the small interior, which made it a bit loud, especially during peak hours. However, it's perfect for groups of six or under, with an ideal size for 2-4 people. I tried the Lilo burger, which was delicious but quite spicy due to the ghost cheese. My partner opted for the chicken tacos and couldn't stop raving about them. However, the real star of the show was the smoked salt fries - they were absolutely phenomenal! If you're looking for a lively spot for lunch in Stillwater, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's perfect for a fun day out!“
“Been here a few times and it never fails to be a great experience. They've got great liquor, friendly bartenders, and a great deal on tasting flights. They've got some of the best wine-barrel aged whiskey I've ever tried. It's tucked behind Stillwater Proper so can be harder to find but I think it's 100x better than the restaurant itself. Cozy, 10-seat tasting room with some cool copper stills hanging around. I try to make the trip when I can to grab some conversation and whatever new booze they've got on tap.“

“The waitress was very friendly and remembered all of our orders(table of 7) and everything was correct when it arrived. Everyone tried a different menu item and all were good. Drinks were decent, opt for the stronger ones. I think the meal portions could be bigger or have sides with them, I was still a little hungry after. They do live music during the week. I think it would be a fun place to go back to and listen to the music. Give them a try, as good as other restaurants in stillwater I tried.“

“Tattersall Distilling in River Falls was a fun and wonderful experience! We went here with a large group for girls night and was able to be seated right away at a big booth. The vibe is nice with low lighting and modern decor. The food was absolutely delectable! There wasn't one thing at the table that someone didn't like. Everyone loved their food! I got the French dip and enjoyed every, mouthwatering bite! The meat was tender and savory, while the bread was soft. Dipping it in the au jus made for the most comforting, delicious meal! There's a cute little gift shop in the building that we checked out after dinner. There also looks to be an outdoor concert venue that would be fun to check out in the summer. Highly recommend this place to anyone!“

“We parked at one end of Hudson and walked the main strip looking for a new place to eat. We stumbled on Black Rooster ?, and it called to us. There's a steep flight of stairs leading you into the cool cave like atmosphere of the place.We had wine ? and smoked old fashioneds (yum) to start. We had the pan-roasted chicken breast ? and seared sea scallops, which were both amazing. The menu rotates, so who knows what we'll get next time (and there will be a next time).Parking: There are pay parking lots all along the main strip (pay only during specific hours).“
