Bar & Grill near Iola

“A nice quaint little bar in the middle of nowhere. Friendly staff and great food. Located just outside of Iola. If you’re in the area I’d recommend stopping in for lunch. Popular stop for the locals but doesn’t get too busy. Plenty of seating and there’s a pool table. No dart board. Prices are great. Ordered a cheese pizza, cheeseburger, onion rings, chicken tenders basket with potato wedges, a big fish sandwich with chips a bunch or beers and soda. Fed 4 of us and the bill was $80. Would recommend and would come back.“

“Stopped in for the Friday night fish fry, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the fried perch, and my husband had the broiled cod with the white wine butter sauce. Both meals were outstanding. The fish was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily one of the best fish fries we've had in quite a while.

The service was excellent as well. The restaurant was packed, so we grabbed seats at the bar. Even though the bartender was incredibly busy, he was attentive, friendly, and always seemed to know when our drinks needed refilling.

We'll definitely be back! If you're in the area on a Friday night, this fish fry is absolutely worth the stop. You won't be disappointed.“
