The staff at Subway in Iola, particularly Miss Willow and the young ladies, provide exceptional service, always being helpful and pleasant despite being busy. They take great care of customers, even when they're hangry, and make delicious sandwiches. However, the restaurant could improve by having all options available, including cookies and bread, and maintaining consistent operating hours.
