“Food was a normal meal. As I expected.Staff looked lost when I asked where my meal was. I did not want to use the kiosk as they are difficult to understand. There was no one at the 1 and only register at the counter. The tables had not been cleaned in a while .“

“This location has a large play area. The service is partially automated. Personal service takes a while. My fries were tepid, not fully cold but not hot. The artificial sweetener i was given had gotten wet at some point in the past, was hardened, and had developed mold.“
“A million thanks to the gentleman working who allowed us to not only put our tray up front while I took my child to the restroom, but he also covered our food and stood by it until we returned. I would call that above and beyond customer service.“
