Dunkin' Donuts in Kenosha

“A few days ago, we visited Dunkin' Donuts and were thoroughly impressed. The kindness of the owner, Valentin, and the staff—Adis, Dayan, and Julia—was remarkable. The atmosphere felt like home, especially with the beautiful Christmas tree on display. We got to try the donuts from the new bakery, and they were the best donuts my son and I have ever had. The coffee and sandwiches were also delicious; the sandwich was of much higher quality than I expected, and the coffee had just the right amount of sweetness. We will definitely be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts because the staff made us feel so welcome and the food was so delicious.“

“Just tried the new Sabrina Carpente and it was so good. It’s super sweet and creamy—like a strawberry milkshake but iced and lighter you can tell there was passionate enough workers to make it. The bagel bites were warm and definitely a great snack. Also the workers were quick and got everything right even during the rush. Solid experience all around. super clean too 10/10“

“I pick up Dunkin’ from this location, at least two times a week. I use my mobile ordering app, which is very efficient. I have never had to wait for my coffee when I get there. The staff is wonderful and always polite and friendly.
I’m choosing to review today because the parking lot is a literal “skating rink”. There is only 1-2 parking spots that are safe and clear of snow and ice. I was waiting to get in the driveway and a car was coming out of the driveway and slid straight down into the street because it is just one sheet of ice. Apparently they didn’t plow in enough time and it is all frozen over. They really need to throw down a bunch of ice melt or salt because it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. I mentioned it to one of the employees and was told that they have informed the owner of the situation. I hope it gets remedied quickly.“
