Starbucks in Kenosha

“I had gone to a different location and ordered the Summer Berry Refresher with Extra Boba. They did NOT give ke the extra Boba, and when I brought it up the supervisor assured me he'd made it himself and the extra Boba was floating in the ice. I brought the drink to this location and showed them the drink, reiterating my concern I had paid for extras I did not receive. Jack and Carrie could tell with one look there was no extra Boba added. They also confirmed that, despite what the other store said, there was zero Boba floating in the ice. They fixed my drink for me, made sure it had the extra Boba, and were so friendly and apologetic that I had to come to a second store to get my drink fixed. I am very grateful to them for their help and will definitely come back to this location.“

“I tried Starbucks’ new seasonal Apple Crisp Iced Chai, and it was amazing! The flavors of crisp apple blended perfectly with the spiced chai, creating a cold yet refreshing taste. The drink was sweet but not overpowering, with a hint of cinnamon that paired beautifully with the apple notes. I was a bit skeptical at first about how apple would mix with chai, but this drink won me over! The barista recommended it with oat milk, which made it extra creamy. It’s the perfect fall treat that’s both cozy and refreshing. Definitely going back for another soon!“

“I had to make a coffee run for my girlfriend. The barista was helpful and kind. As I waited for the coffee (which didn’t take long at all) I noticed a free sample tray. I tried an orange creamsicle cake pop and it was DELICIOUS! This store was great even with it being inside of the Meijer. Also my girlfriend loved her drink. :)“
