“It is what it is. McDonald's nuggets meal and drink. Not the best, not the worst. The restaurant was very clean, almost spotless. The only negative was the speed of the service. I am not saying they were slow, I'm saying the 2 employees there needed a third and a 4th person to help speed up the process. A line at the drive thru a line at the counter and only 2 associates there to do the greeting, cooking, cash register, pack the orders, etc. All with a smile on their faces and in a friend tone. When all knew they were being overwhelmed! The crew needs another member on the team.“

“Awsome food as always. Been a long time. Nothing costs extra but meat now?!? Awsomw. Kaylen helped me at register. I'm in crutches and he was nice enough to bring my food to the table closest to trash napkins and bathroom. Very very nice employee. Great job. The lady who made my naked burrito had poor English. But she was trying so hard with her saying some of the words. Great work guys. A+“

“Amazing service, food tastes outstanding and it’s one of our favorites. I accidentally placed the first responders order online and it was in store only. They gave back the difference when I went to pick up in the store. Very positive experience each time.“

“I just wanted to bring attention to how wonderful this establishment is. I walked in this morning and was greeted genuinely and kindly by all 3 employees. I am making an assumption, but I believe they are all family, and that they are the owners. When I mentioned to them that this was the kindest most wonderful subway I have ever walked into, the gentleman thanked me and was amazed at what a compliment it was. Not only is that unheard of these days, but so refreshing to see. What I also should have shared was that it may have been the cleanest Subway Establishment I have ever walked into. Lastly, and with zero exaggeration, my sandwich was flawless, it looked exactly like the subs you see on the advertisements. It's wasn't smashed into a bag with wilted and limp vegetables. Subway corporate ought to model all of there stores after this one.

“We always come for the Cones and are never disappointed. Though I wish they would stop being surprised when we ask for 8 cones. We have a large family!!! We shouldn't be judged for it. As for the atmosphere, I always find it rather dirty, and full of germs.“

“My husband and I took our 2 year old son there for lunch today and staff member Issac made it such a nice experience. My son loves lizards and Issac happened to have a lizard tattoo on his forearm and we asked him if our son could see it closer up, and he was more than happy to. Issac also got a Culvers Turtle plush toy and gave it to him so nicely. Very sweet person, very attentive and great staff member.“

“Seem to always have something wrong. This time they gave me a large fry .... Box. Lol not even full to the front edge of the box. Not sticking up. I mean flat about half inch down from the front of the fry box. I mean wth. Fries are already ridiculously priced. I should at least get the amount i friggen pay for. I thought half the box musta fell into bag. First time ever I didn't even get enough fries for them to even have one in the bag. Ugh.“

“I don't often review chain restaurants but had to for this one. Last night, (3-17-24) we ordered a pizza. It was JUST how I remembered it years ago. I feel in recent years it has gone downhill (not enought cheese, usually cooked too long where the cheese is brown) but for some reason last night's was SPOT ON. Cheesy, greasy, hot! BIG Shout out to the staff that worked last night. (one of the kids being a big Marquette fan) I sure management trains all staff to make all pizzas just like that. If so, I'll be back!“
