“My fries were kind of stale and cold. Same for the tender in my snack wrap. If it was fresher it would be great because the fries were perfectly salted and the wrap had the perfect amount of condiments. I think I'll stick to the McDonald's on Ballard or West College in Appleton because the food is fresh everytime. The staff were very kind though. But maybe they could not be goofing off in the back and pay attention to food quality and cleaning.“

“The street corn tots were delicious! I would go back just for those. The burgers were good, but the beef did lack flavor. Our server was very attentive. She checked up on us often. One thing that didn't go so well was that we got the wrong order. It was our first time there so we didn't realize it, and honestly, the food took so long to come out, we forgot what burgers we ordered. So when they brought out our supposed order, my burger came with fries when I ordered a salad. I thought hey, maybe they forgot it and had fries instead. I didn't let the server know because she was busy and we were hungry, already waiting a long time for our food, and on a schedule. We needed to be somewhere and thought an hour and a half was sufficient time to eat, appearantly not. I would give this place another try, hoping that the food will come out sooner than later and that we don't get the wrong food order.“

“DO NOT order here if you actually want food. We picked up our burger order today - spent over $70 and half our food was missing. We had our kids meal and four burgers in the familt bundle, but none of the toppings we paid...just patties and buns. missing the bacon, fried onions, tomatoes, lettuce, pivkles, everything. Then, maybe even worse, no fries!!! My husband calls immediately upon returning home and they tell him they can refund us $4 for the bacon I guess. Then he says he has to call us back later to take care of the refund. Of course, no call back. Now our burgers are ice cold and I'm forced to make food anyway. it was ridiculous. We had better get a refund or I will make sure more people hear about this experience. I mean, not even an apology for the mistake and inconvenience....“

“I’ve been going here since the old location. I usually get Heather and Papito around the times I go. Food is always quick, conversations great and always jokes to be had. My favorite burger (the only one I get and made into a turkey version) the raging Cajun is no longer on the menu, but they know that’s my same order with a side of Cajun/BBQ fries. The other servers I’ve had over the last couple summers as well have all been great as well. Cheers!“

“On 12/21/25 around 7:15pm pulled into the drive-thru to pickup my burger and fries I ordered through the app. I wasn't expecting much but boy was I blown away. Ordered a Texas Whopper and a large fry, both were prepared to perfection. Whopper was hot and toppings(bacon was so crispy I almost shed a tear while eating) were fresh. Fries were so hot and fresh I couldn't believe it. I had to get on here and give a HUGE shout out to the gentleman on the drive-thru and the young lady who prepared my Whopper, they made my experience nostalgic. My burger and fries really looked, smelled and tasted like it was from the 90's, one of the stronger eras of Burger King. Great job Burger King Team, can't wait to come back 👏😯“

He told me what they do by just adding a scoop of vitamin C powder so I paid the extra $1 for it and he added it. I am a vitamin freak. What a great idea!!!“
