It's alright. I don't drink so I don't spend much time in bars. It was a pretty laid back crowd with a good band. They also don't seem to mind if you smoke weed there so that's nice. Only four stars because the drive down the bluff after dark sort of sucks.
The best bar in La Crosse. Beautiful area with volleyball that draws in younger crowds. Mostly recent grads at the youngest. Not too rowdy with college kids as it is further from any campus. Great presence of veteran patrons (30s, 40s, 50s, 60s plus). The isolation from downtown makes it feel like a destination spot.
