Service was good, food was okay at best. With the name like burger fusion I expected the burgers to be phenomenal. Fries were great! Crispy exterior, soft interior. Burger was a different story. The patio itself did not have much flavor, in the bun seemed to not be fresh. Not bad, but not great either... Will continue to look and lacrosse for a better burger option
I spent a night in La Crosse and stayed at the Holiday Inn. Burger Fusion serves at the hotel's restaurant and bar. I was looking for a quiet solitary dinner but the extremely friendly and community-focused bartender created and facilitated a warm and social collective of independent patrons. I enjoyed a grilled chicken salad which was simple and very reasonably priced. Located directly across from convention center. Ordered mushroom and Swiss burger. Yum!! Accommodated with a gluten free bun. Service was fantastic as well as food. Try the BFC special sauce!! Would stop again when in the area.
