“Girl, with all the piercings, kind of gave me a hard time because I walked and chose to do a mobile order while I was already there. The app doesn't give a description of what's in a sandwich, so I went to the store first to read what they have in it. The food was good, the dining room is super tiny. Seating sucks. I guess cause it's downtown.“

“We had a large event ordering 20 boxes of the 30 mini Jimmy sandwiches split in two nearby locations (600 total sandwiches each wrapped on its own). Shawn was helpful in placing the order. The delivery was right on time to each location and orders were accurate and easily labeled- I missed the name of the delivery person but they were great! We ordered a box that had two types of “unwiches” for each location and the individual sandwiches had even been labeled. This was a wonderful experience and we look forward to ordering from them in the future!“

“A huuuge tip of my hat to Sandwich Superstar, Caspar Uy. He came up with a few "specialty" menu options that make this Jimmy Johns unlike any other in the city and allow for ingredient combinations that I may not have thought of. Vegan options as well!EDIT because I had more time to sit and write this:I've stopped in a number of times as this is a very convenient location to visit while I'm on the job. Recently, however, I've had additional reasons to stop by: Caspar Uy and his clear love of his job. Caspar started sometime this year, and every time we meet, I've left with a smile. He personally hand-crafted a "secret menu" featuring different ingredient combinations that are not all featured on the main menu, This really spices things up and keeps each JJ's visit fresh and enjoyable. He even came up with Vegetarian and Vegan specific sandwiches in addition to the omnivorous ones. He truly goes above and beyond ANY "fast food" employee I have ever met, and is more "there for the customer" in every regard. More than just taking my order, he makes me feel seen, heard, and respected, and it's hard not to notice his dedication to service and wonderful attitude in turn. SERVICE= 1000 stars. Get this kid a raise/promotion STAT

As as courier driver I can appreciate times like this.. 98%of the time we have to eat on the go so we can make our deliveries on time and eating out everyday can get expensive so please keep coming back and I know for sure that I will keep eating ?? good.“

Good sandwich and after 2pm got the combo (Chips and drink) at no extra cost. The BBQ chips are Jimmy Johns branded as are all of there potato chip bags. I couldn't tell the difference from Lays chips, they were great.“
