“They were quick. Two subs, chips and a Dr. Pepper. I had not tasted a soda for months. It was so good and the sub was even better. I had the Hunter sub. Shared a few bites with the dog in the back of the Pilot. Let me say this, the soda was my wife's, so I ordered one later at a Culvers and it was terribly low in flavor as if they watered it down or some less ratio maybe. Jimmy Johns experience was way better for 23 bucks than our 15 dollar order at culvers. Go to Jimmy John's!“

“On Saturday, June 22nd we were impacted by a destructive tornado! We’ve had family, friends and volunteers at our house since trying to help us with clean up. I ordered $70+ worth of food to give to our help. My mom drove to pick up our order and when she arrived they told her the food was on them. While it may not seem like this was something big to many, this was a huge gesture to us! While things seemed to be crumbling, it showed a light at the end of the tunnel just by this small gesture! Hats off to this store and their exceptional customer service!“
