Ate there for the first time today and it’s was amazing. Just like raising canes just cheaper and more seasoned (so basically better than raising caines). Mikale was very kind!! Will be back.
Went through the drive through. Got the 10 piece chicken fingers, a wrap and some curds and fries. In my opinion it’s better than KFC and Chick Fil A. Give it a shot if you haven’t had it yet!
Omg the cheese curds are the best I have ever had. They are so creamy and the ranch is fresh and has that homemade ranch taste. Tried the spicy chicken fingers and too spicy for me but very good and the breading on both are different types of breading but is perfect

Layne's Chicken Fingers is a must-try spot in Madison. The chicken fingers are juicy, flavorful, and better than Raising Cane's, KFC, and Chick Fil A, with better breading and a spicy tenders option. The cheese curds are the best, creamy and perfect, and the ranch is fresh with a homemade taste. Fries are a good balance between crunchy and soft, and the Texas toast is superior. The dipping sauce has more pepperiness. The 10 piece chicken fingers, a wrap, curds, and fries are all warm and delicious. The staff is super friendly, more friendly than at a sit down restaurant, and the food is hot. There is a drive thru, and it is much more accessible than Canes on State St. The app said 20 minutes, but the workers had it done before then. The only thing not liked was how slippery the floors were. They need one in Sun Prairie.
