Level 5 donuts is exactly what Madison needed after some beloved shops around town closed after the struggle of the pandemic.
What started as a small two “man” operation, has bloomed into a booming store front, with lines out the door and often around the block on the weekends.

The single best donut I've ever had in my life!!! The pumpkin pie, with the cookie on top? AMAZING. You've gotta stop here in Madison!

Level 5 Donuts is considered one of the best donuts in Madison. It is a treasured shop where all the donuts are vegan, a fact that can be easily missed because they are so good. The donuts are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with no oily residue. They are absolutely loaded with flavor and are not cloyingly sweet. Specific favorites include the simple chocolate glazed donut and the Blueberry Lemon donut, which has a bright, zesty glaze and a blueberry swirl. These little circles of joy are pure donut nirvana and often sell out, so it is not advisable to sleep in.
