While the food is only in imagination since they don't serve food, the taproom is the most progressive in Wisconsin. The brewery stands for something, being resilient through regulatory battles, innovative in product identity, and engaged in civic life. It makes statements and serves them by the pint. It’s a small-town brewery with authenticity, and guests will definitely be back to visit.
