First time going to QDOBA was today. I ordered 3 tacos. Very tasty but I think they should take their time when fixing the food. I had sour cream on the outside of my taco!! It was super messy. A regular crunchy taco shouldn't have loads of liquid coming out that made the shell soggy and a over abundance of sour cream. It was overkill. All employees were wearing masks and gloves. Seating was set up to address social distancing. Self serve drinks, condiments, napkins' and silverware were all removed, but employees were extra conscious of asking patrons if they wanted any of those things. Social distancing was encouraged, semi-regulated by the staff. The payment process has been adjusted to almost completely remove contact, unless cash were to be used. We ordered curbside pickup from this location and when I called, at the given time, they let me know they would bring it out “when they could.” No big deal but nearly 20 minutes later and nobody has bothered to come outside. Maybe don’t offer curbside pickup if it’s not actually an option? Absolutely ridiculous, we won’t be coming back here.
