“They are so yummy! You have to get there early to get one as they will sell out. Kind of shocked to see the 1 star review over them! The new people in our neighborhood must not know that bakeries are businesses with limited stock :) they can’t just pull more goods out of thin air. To write a review over not getting the item you want isn’t a review it’s whining. There are dozens of other yummy options they have amazing danishes. And the cake is UNREAL. My son and I will have out and play board games located under the tv.“

I was greeted with a welcoming smile from to find out the assistant GM Hilary I think she said her name was. She clarified my confusion and took her time to make sure I was educated on their products. She will be a great GM one day and a great leader. I have owned many restaurants and nightclubs in Buffalo. “My favorite steak in town…. “Steak au Poivre” can be found at this great French restaurant (French not not haughty) in Wauwatosa. Favorite steak as it tastes great, and presented well. Sliced on an angle and sauced with a red wine black peppercorn reduction, it has just enough char on the outside to balance the medium rare I love inside. Along with taste, I love that it comes with my fav vegetables-haricot vertes and absolutely perfect French fries! So unlike popular steak restaurants, at LaReve you get more than just meat for the list price! Yum + Yay! The desserts? They are as gorgeous as they are delicious! The case is filled with sweet perfection, each one more beautiful than the next! Just so hard to pick which on.! And the macrons are iconic-crisp outside and soft chewy inside, take a few home with you! But what a treat to find a Kir Royale on the menu last night at dinner before a show! I’m sure it’s a direct effect of Emily in Paris Season 3, but maybe I just never noticed it on the menu before! I served these for Christmas ten years ago and when I saw Emily working on an ad campaign, I just knew they’d start to show up on menus soon. Lucky me! Bon Appetite! This place is great for a girls lunch or business lunch, A friends dinner or date night!“

this time i decided to get a matcha latte with almond milk. at first glance the matcha isn’t super fresh and green, and it’s also not super mixed in - there were chunks of matcha in there. for the quality and price of $7 i would not say it’s worth it. overall i would say the matcha was just okay, but would go back for coffee anytime!“

“I was incredibly impressed with a caramel cake I purchased. It was truly wa sone of, if not the best, caramel cakes I’ve ever had. I am very critical of baked good because I am a baker myself. She does a masterful job of developing and balancing flavors without her desserts being overly sweet. The texture of her caramel is silky and the flavor was decadent. The cake was the perfect balance of the appropriate moisture and density, especially for caramel cake. I had no issue with my customer service. The prices were more than I was expecting but when I tasted her cake I understood how they are justified. I am eager to try more of her treats. Kudos!“
