“Not a fancy place but the food was good and service excellent. (And the bill agreed with the menu prices unlike the experience we've had elsewhere.)We've gone back and were always pleased. And it will be our choice in the future for Mexican food.“

“Twenty minutes to close I called to make sure we could be served. Bar tender said “come on in we will serve you”. We walked in and, it’s our first time here so we aren’t sure, so I asked if we just seat ourselves and bar tender says to just pick our seat and we will be waited on. So it’s a very laid back atmosphere. It was ten pm so only a few college kids were there.Waiter (I’m guessing was a manager or proprietor) was prompt to wait on us and very kind. We’d immediately had been served chips and salsa that my husband could have drank he loved it so much! Both were so fresh and chips were warm. A very sweet lady got us two horchatas that was the perfect choice to go with our food. My husband ordered a burrito that was ginormous, three tacos de asada. I ordered the (you pick two)combo with cheese enchilada and chicken tostada that came with rice and beans. The portions were great and the flavor was nothing less than authentic. This was a meal my mom, aunts and I would make at home for the family. Being so far from home in Chicago where you can find authentic so easily, we got so lucky this restaurant was so close and my first choice. The price was incredible and the portions were amazing so we are now loyal customers. We just plan to go a little earlier next time to beat the quickly built college crowd. Over all we are so incredibly happy and look forward to trying out the entire menu!“

“I came to this restaurant every night 2 years ago when I was still a student at Stout uni. All I remember is that it gave me the feeling of a second home coming from the food availability, and the ambiance the place made me feel. The service was great, they gave me exactly as I wanted and prices weren't too bad. It's been awhile since I've been here being the last time I was there was in 2020 so I'm sure all of these things are different, but hopefully not too far from the original. If I could come back and relive the restaurant, I would.“

“I placed an order online and it got sent to another taco bell. Not only did I get what I ordered but I got it for free. I was more then willing to pay but they told me no and apologize for the issue with the app. Everyone was nice too. What a great place to get food fast and with excellent customer service.“

“It depends on who's is working if you want good food. I had an issue with my drive through order, so I bought it inside to get it fixed, im assuming she was the manager that came up took my bag slamed everything out and named off all the meals and said see everything's is in there, but i was missing 1 potato ole and sauce.... she was rude. I'm thinking to myself no wonder this place is going under and no one comes here..?“

“This place has probably the best mexican food in Menomonie. Big margaritas and even bigger burritos!But despite some clear struggles with low staffing, our waitress made up for it with some excellent service.If you're like me, you might have thought that Menomonie's only mexican options were Cancun, Burrito California, and Taco Bell. It took me a year to find out about this place (if you don't know about it you likely will never pass by it), but I am so glad I did.“
