“Just realized they had food recently. Usually here after hours when its rowdy (And yes it does get rowdy sometimes)
Had the dry rub wings recently and came back a few days later to have them again. Vibe is fun, borderline diver but upperclassmen debonair with the refined gambling and gaming machines. Summer time the back deck is packed and during football season you can roast and toast the competition (burning some mascots out back) if the mood strikes the staff :) stop in and enjoy it. Its a fun time and a Middleton staple.“

“So.. my daughter took me to the pop up xmas bar at Tanners. It was very packed NOT enjoyable so we went to Tanners bar got some beverages had a wonderful bartender VANESSA!!! Huge shout out to you my dear. My daughter took me out and as busy as you were you served better than the Xmas pop up bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You should get a raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You’re the best. “Stopped in for supper on Friday night. It was close to 8:30 by the time we got there. We both had the deep fried cod. It was outstanding !! Still had the salad bar full, fish was lightly breaded and great service as usual !! Great food and drinks. Highly recommend the prime rib on Saturday night as well. 😋😋“

“Love the rustic indrustrialized interior. The outdoor beer garden is absolutely charming with grape vines and lights. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed the Strawberry Fields cocktail and the freshly made Ellsworth cheese curds. Can't wait to go back and try more!“

“I came here for brunch being devastatingly hungover. That being said, the food was still pretty good even though I couldn't finish it all. I got the loaded potatoes with pulled pork which I would recommend after trying a little bit of everything else that my friends ordered. We also got the mocha cold brew, creme brulee cold brew, and the vanilla berry to drink. All of which were very tasty (and sweet).“

“Visited Madison for homecoming weekend and wanted to say I was so impressed with this new bar in town! I wanted to gather a potentially large group of women I went to college with and the owner ( also a Badger alum ) was more than accommodating and communicative! They have a large space upstairs to host up to 300 people! They appear to have a full calendar of fun events - and we saw they had karaoke one night as well !!! I will definitely keep them in mind for the future! Love Moon Bar !“

“Came here on the recommendation of our Uber driver. Great call! Great place. The staff was fantastic. Maggie and Tony were especially welcoming to us Bama boys. I can’t say enough about the hospitality shown to us. The burgers and curds were phenomenal. Not sure if I’ll ever get back to Madison, but I’ll certainly drop in again if I do!!“

“It's hard to know where to start. First they have Guinness on tap they have harp on tap they have some incredible drink selections but let's go away from there and go to the food I only had the basically the fish and chips the batter was incredibly light it was not greasy it didn't detract in a fish the fish inside was amazing the chips were great decent french fries fresh as opposed to cook for 2 hours before the coleslaw was superb they've been a two slices of rye bread with it the rest of the menu looked very good it had sandwiches anywhere from 12:00 to $19 main meals anywhere from 22 to 42 or higher market price steak whatever that means in English and the appetizers look amazing so I'd recommend it if you're going to be in a first class hotel in Madison Wisconsin which isn't going to happen to everyone and barely happen to me I recommend this place it's got aesthetics and Keith and they do wear masks“

“I went to the Echo Tap over the weekend because I had a craving for a burger. I didn’t know that there was a hockey game that night so it was quite busy but our server was very nice and accommodating despite how many tables he had. But the burger I had… it was the BEST burger I’ve had in a long long time! It was cooked perfectly and the flavors were perfect. Highly highly recommend!!“

“Cheese curds were good last year but idk what they gave me this time.. waiter was honest and said the manager was sick of how long the fryers took to clean.

“Cool divey little place. Went there after a concert at the Sylvee. Super friendly bartender. Whipped me up some late-night bar food. Kinda generic, but fresh and hot. Really hit the spot. Drinks were good. Hard to beat for a low key, late night spot like this. I'll be back next time.“

“The Weary Traveler was a nice little joint we found during our recent vacation in Madison Wisconsin. It had a menu of sandwiches as well as other assorted main courses. I started with an appetizer of a Wisconsin Meat And Cheese platter which came with an assortment of artisan meats and cheeses as well as some crostinis. There was also some mustard and preserves as well. This was all really delicious with the bleu cheese being my personal favourite. I tried fome baked buffalo wings for my main course which were fairly large and had decent flavour. Not the greatest wings I've ever had but quite good all the same. My wife really loved her Rueben sandwich as well. The decor was really unique and the service was excellent. It definitely fed these weary travelers quite well.“

“I was in there yesterday evening (7/29/2022) with my husband and father around 7 pm. Our waitress made a few mistakes in our service. But what meant something to me is that she apologized. She could easily have avoided us. Management had already stepped in. But she didn’t. It took courage to come back to us and say she was sorry. I probably didn’t show it at the time, but I really appreciated that. It showed a great deal of poise and courage.“

The service is a little odd, we stood at the food counter for some time watching a girl in the back as she just looked at us back. As a person that's never been there before, we didn't know if we should sit down, grab a menu and sit down, shout out an order etc. The place is cool and has a decent separation food from bar. Sports on TV, not a fan, lots of squeaky basketball shoes, would prefer that on mute and some music instead. Would return if in the area again. (Oh and a funny thing on bathroom wall haha)“
