“Make sure if you order ranch they put it in the bag. They charge you for it even if you get rings, curds or even chicken strips. Condiments IMO should be free if your ordering something like the 3 things I mentioned above. Other than that the curds are hands down the best and burgers are great“

“We had a last-minute emergency with a catering order that I personally forgot about—completely my mistake. With no time to spare, I reached out to Subway in Milton, hoping they could help. Not only did they step up, but they also prepared a large sandwich order on incredibly short notice. We picked up the rest of the items we needed from Piggly Wiggly, and although we arrived slightly late, the meal was delivered and very similar to what we originally planned to serve. I was blown away by Subway’s speed, professionalism, and willingness to help in a pinch. Huge thanks to the team there—they really saved the day.“

“I’ve gone quite a few times and it’s always yummy. Today though I went to the drive thru and before I left the manager stopped my car. He apologized because some of the pieces were a little small so instead of 20 pieces he gave us 28. He apologized again and I was like “don’t worry we’ll be back”. Food was great as always.“

Paper Towel holder that was full wouldn’t put out towels and I can blow more air out of my mouth than their Super Small hand dryer put out!!!! “Floats were heavy with frozen custard, and root beer was as perfect as my memory of it from the ‘50s. Chili dogs hot and the same as I remembered. Such a treat! My son placed the order and said the counter help was friendly and efficient. Order came out in record time, and we were on our way to the airport in Chicago.“

“This was a great experience, 1st time in a Culver’s, bus of 50 people. Friendly, fast, and ready to please. Took a group photo for us and offered to walk us to the bus with an umbrella because it was raining, food was delicious!“

“This was an amazing experience! We were on the way to the Shamba Safari with my husband and toddler. We stopped for a quick lunch. The place is very nice, clean and welcoming. The food was fresh hot and delicious. The tenders were juicy on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside. Fries were fried in fresh oil , just right crisp and mush in the center. Their signature sauce is also nice. The servers were super polite and courteous. Trenton went above and beyond, super welcoming, nice and polite. Made friends with my toddler and gave him to choose a take a way gift- a small soft baseball. He checked with us if everything was fine and needed anything. Very helpful and nice stall. And quality food. Highly recommend this place. And our toddler loved the fries.“

“8 years ago I gave them 2 stars. It was after their grand opening and the service was awful and the food was not good. I should have waited before doing a review as it wasn't fair for a new restaurant who was inexperienced. I waited a while and gave them another chance. Today it is one of my favorite restaurants. Their classic chicken bacon cheese sandwich is my all time favorite. Best chicken sandwich out of all the chicken restaurants in Janesville (and as everyone knows there are way too many in Janesville). The chicken is so crispy and thick. Absolutely delicious!! The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. I have added this new review and updated my rating to 5 stars.“

“So every time I use a specific card to order on pizza hut.com, it always takes the money off my card for a few days and I’m never able to process my order. Usually I just leave it alone and find something at home to eat, as I have some serious anxieties about talking on a phone when it comes to complaints. Today, my children are throwing up all over, both have pink eye and it’s close to preforming an exorcism when I’m trying to give them eye drops. Everyone’s been crying all day, myself included. Now that they’re asleep, I thought to myself “I literally would give my left arm for a Pizza Hut pizza right now” as there’s no better place around here for a fast and easy delivered pizza. Per usual, my online antics were not processed and every last dollar I had was given away to a pizza I wasn’t going to get the joy of eating. Due to my bad day, I literally called to see if they got the order anyways. They didn’t, however the manager on duty literally just took my bad day and made it all happen for me. All I had was $10 in cash, and even though the online ordering wasn’t their own mishap, he went above and beyond making sure he fixed the issue for me. Only charged me the $10 I had on hand for my order. I am so unbelievably appreciative of whoever the store manager is, and thanks for making my really crappy day.. mildly better.
