“Burgers, chicken, onion rings are all great. My favorite is their Blizzard! I love my Butterfinger Blizzards. They are much better than Culver's Concrete Mixers.(Weird name for an ice cream treat)

“We had a last-minute emergency with a catering order that I personally forgot about—completely my mistake. With no time to spare, I reached out to Subway in Milton, hoping they could help. Not only did they step up, but they also prepared a large sandwich order on incredibly short notice. We picked up the rest of the items we needed from Piggly Wiggly, and although we arrived slightly late, the meal was delivered and very similar to what we originally planned to serve. I was blown away by Subway’s speed, professionalism, and willingness to help in a pinch. Huge thanks to the team there—they really saved the day.“

“I’ve gone quite a few times and it’s always yummy. Today though I went to the drive thru and before I left the manager stopped my car. He apologized because some of the pieces were a little small so instead of 20 pieces he gave us 28. He apologized again and I was like “don’t worry we’ll be back”. Food was great as always.“

“The staff was excellent!!!! Now getting your hands dry after washing them - Terrible!!!! Paper Towel holder that was full wouldn’t put out towels and I can blow more air out of my mouth than their Super Small hand dryer put out!!!! As for the Food, the Fish was good last night, but was given the wrong fry’s, and didn’t like drink selection on the pop machine. Now I also bought a Rueben sandwich for work today and I think it has to be the second best that I’ve ever hand in life for Corned Beef.“

“While dining in tonight, a tornado warning was issued. They invited all patrons to join the staff in the kitchen for shelter, until given the all clear. Bathrooms were also available, for shelter. The staff had a great attitude. Jacob S brought chairs and tables into the kitchen to help provide comfort for patrons, as well as some games for people to pass the time. Jacob also repeatedly checked to see if anyone needed anything. Another staff member came around with cookies for the customers. After roughly an hour, the all clear was given and Jacob offered to remake anyone’s meals, if they didn’t have a chance to eat their food while it was warm. Incredible experience in a dim time!“

“Floats were heavy with frozen custard, and root beer was as perfect as my memory of it from the ‘50s. Chili dogs hot and the same as I remembered. Such a treat! My son placed the order and said the counter help was friendly and efficient. Order came out in record time, and we were on our way to the airport in Chicago.“

“The food is always hot and fresh. Really too bad they don't make the salad with fresh greens like advertised on their website. I believe a couple of years ago they switched to bagged lettuce. Don't really get the salads anymore due to that. Sometimes overcook the shrimp but otherwise a very good experience with great food“

“Do I recommend Culver’s? Yes! Of course! I’m from the Midwest…. What I recommend more is that the twat nugget that was working the custard area tonight, (4/12/25), find a new job. Complaining about the fact that I ordered a concrete mixer with only butterfinger by saying I should “go to McDonald’s”…. 2 things… #1 Literally your board advertises a butterfinger concrete mixer and #2 Custard and ice cream are different… 🙄 lort“

“I placed my order online and ordered ahead. I find that SO handy to do. Because as soon as I parked in a curbside pickup spot, went to my email, and clicked on “I’m here,” out came an employee to hand me my order. I love that feature!! And my order was exactly right! Thank you very much to the Todd Dr Culver’s in Madison!

Dietary restrictions: If you’re on the keto diet for instance, there are different salads you can get that are keto friendly. Not only that, but you always have the option of ordering a butter burger with no bun, or a grilled chicken sandwich with no bun to make it keto friendly. I’ve done this many times myself while still losing weight making these choices.

Parking: Plenty of free parking available here!

Kid-friendliness: Culver’s has many menu options that are kid friendly. Even after they have their meal, they can pull a slip off their bag to get a free scoop of custard. They also have high chairs for the littles!

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking available! And once you get inside with the wheelchair, there are options for arranging the wheelchair to be close to the table. And I’m sure that an employee would be more than happy to help out with that!“

“I absolutely love all of our food there I just personally do not like the coleslaw. My favourite is definitely the Texas toast service was amazing. I was serviced by a young lady named Cassidy. The atmosphere was great. It was a very kind atmosphere. I have gone there multiple times and love it.“
