I would not recommend Benehana! A $35.00. Plate of rice, zucchini, Soy sauce, red bell pepper for color,, is Just outrages! Drinks weren't refilled, 2 dinners totalled 90.00
The service is excellent and the chefs are very entertaining. I always enjoy my visits. Drinks are also very good.
If you've received an email from Benihana corporate, which includes other restaurant chains like Kona Grill, STK, Samurai, RA Sushi etc. - this location will NOT honor any discount coupons for birthdays, anniversaries etc. that you received from FwB which administers these. We walk in with a $50 birthday gift card and was told that that will not be honored. FYI.

Based on reviews, Benihana is a Japanese Steakhouse where the food is great and the steak is made to order. The chefs can be talented, funny, and entertaining, though some may seem inexperienced or focus on one person. Service varies; some servers are fantastic and personable, while others are inattentive or need to ask for orders multiple times. The experience can differ by location, with this one described as low frill and missing energy. Seating is extremely close to other tables, and the 20% automatic gratuity is considered ridiculous with no incentive for excellent service. The ginger salad dressing is a miss on a salad. Despite this, the 5 course meal is delicious, and the hibachi experience did not disappoint.
