My husband and I went to the café for breakfast this AM around 9. We were told that there would be a wait as there was only one server working today. We put our name in. While waiting, we saw the manager, hostess, and the one server running around doing multiple jobs trying to keep the cafe running successfully. We attempted to eat here today prior to our checkout from Potowatami Hotel. My sister and I were on a weekend getaway from Friday through today. We were on an hour wait to get a table, which we understood.
