“The upper management team is great an the store is very clean for its location an the lady that runs it is very professional an by the book some staff members are lazy but management picks up their slack it's to bad they can't get the help they need“

“The lady who took our order in the Drive-Thru had accidently added on a few extra items to the order that we did not ask for. And once we looked at the receipt to see why the total was so high , we saw the extra items and we immediately let them know about the issue, and they fixed it right away for us with no problem at all v“

“I just had to take a moment to rave about our local McDonald's, especially the wonderful team that works there on Sunday nights and throughout the week. My daughter and I have been here probably about 15 times in the last year since moving here, each time, we've been met with fantastic service.

Most recently, on Sunday, December 8th, I was particularly impressed by the staff. They were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that our order was just right. It's clear that they take pride in their work! The fries were hot and crispy, and the food was always fresh, exactly what we expect from McDonald's.

What stands out the most is how the team manages to maintain such a positive atmosphere, even amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy store. There’s an obvious chaos that comes with peak hours, yet the staff remains cheerful and seems to genuinely enjoy their work. It’s refreshing to see employees who are not just doing their jobs but are also engaged and happy to serve customers.

We truly love this McDonald's, and it’s the dedicated team that makes our visits special. I really hope they receive the recognition they deserve for their hard work and outstanding customer service. Keep it up, team—we'll definitely be back for more delicious meals and great experiences!

Kid-friendliness: They put whip cream on the shakes for the happy meals! Why does this excit me? I don’t know. But it’s really special every time.“

“It's McDonald's so the food is always consistent It's going to taste the same at most locations The only thing they need to improve is their McCafe drink process cuz those don't always taste the same otherwise this location there's no need to sit in because there's nothing inside They don't even have the kiosks where you can do a self-order not sure why but it is what it is and it's McDonald's Glad they brought back the $5 meal deal and some more discounted items because nobody wants to spend $30 for two people at McDonald's!“

“This is my favorite McDonalds in the city of Milwaukee! I was telling the staff this morning that I passed 4 other McDonalds to come to the one on Teutonia and Good Hope! The staff is friendly and they know my order as soon as I walk in the door! That shows me that they care and they are paying attention. The food is always fresh and hot! I love this place, and if you have an issue with the staff, something is wrong with you!“

“The food was hot and tasty. The young guy at the register messed my order up, but they caught it in time. I recommend the deluxe McCrispy. The atmosphere was totally out of hands. I think she was a manager or lead but a much older woman who yelled at the other workers the whole time.“

“This facility is on the east side of 14th St. Google Maps shows it on the west side.2023-Sept. We just ordered through the app and picked it up through the drive-thru. We came around 11:45 p.m., on a Friday night.The African-American young man in the pick-up window was very polite and hard-working. He apologized for not having one thing in our order and asked us humbly if we would like an Oreo mc flurry or something else instead.They got our big order right, and everything was hot and done the way we requested.Bon Appétit ?“

“I love the fact that this is one of the only locations in the area that has the playland for the kids. The only reason that I gave it four stars is because the bathroom is locked & you have to go all the way back up to the counter, wait to ask somebody to unlock it for you and then you have to wait until they're not busy. When you have little kids that need to be changed that is quite unfortunate if they have to use the bathroom right away. Cuz they can't hold it for long. (At the same time, I understand they need to keep it locked for security purposes due to people who are not customers constantly wanting to come in and just use the bathroom)

“Okay.......i gave them a 4 star because the staff was amazing....the ghetto nonsense is saw the staff put up with was unbelievable. They were courteous, polite, professional......spite the fact nothing but unwashed, foul mouthed patrons come in there cussing and acting a complete fool. The store was clean.....spite the fact the pardons just throw their trash all over the floor and parking lot. Give this staff a raise and close this location down so the trash has to go without“

“My husband and I enjoy our breakfast experience at McDonald's. The workers are courteous, professional, and attentive. Our food is delicious and always cooked at the right temperature. We look forward to attending at that location again.“

“Recently went to the drive through (no mobile app), ordered two 10 piece mcnugget meals, the fine folks gave us one full meal but only the fries and beverage for the other. Honey mustard and barbecue were ordered as the sauces for the meals respectively, however upon opening the bag at home a terrible surprise lay before me. Barbecue sauces abound, but instead of honey mustard was a single honey container (just plain honey no mustard involved), without the accompanied nuggets.“

“Swung by for fries and ice cream after a beach day at Bradford. One word: heavenly. We went through the drive through and had professional service. Pulled up to pay and again, I could tell these folks were trained. We needed to switch a part of the order and they made it happen. Pulled ahead once more and they had our fries, cones, and the McFlurry we had swapped out 10 seconds previously. This was by far the fastest, most professional, best tasting McDonalds I’ve eaten in a long time. Thank you all!“

“Pulled up to drive thru and gave them my order which included some alterations. Service drive girl was very helpful, kind, patient and personable. Pulled up to pay and pick up order and was helped quickly and politely. The food was even already ready by the time she handed back my card for payment.Based on prior reviews I was skeptical and thought surely the food must be wrong or sloppy, but it was NOT. The order was accurate, Placed neatly in the bag, and the Double Big Mac was the most surprisingly symmetrical sandwich I've seen from a fast food drive thru.This was the first time I've been to this location but it definitely did not disappoint.Excellent work team! “Today is 10/12/22, Wednesday. At around 6:05-6:15 am this morning, I was greeted by a very nice young man. I placed my order, pulled up to the window and a young african-american slim male with braids, greeted me with a good morning, asked me what kind of condiments I needed for my breakfast sandwich, took my credit card (said thank you, it will 1 moment), handed me my card back, gave me my meal and said thank you to me, and said you have a wonderful day. Now this may not seem like much to many people, but it meant the world to me because it's been a loooonnnng time since I have been greeted this way. That little greeting changed my whole demeanor in such a short period of time which started off as a bad morning. So I want to praise that young man (wish I caught his name), and just want to say you are a good example of what customer service is suppose to be and I just had to share that. Keep smiling and enjoy this compliment.“

“My first time going here Drive through was very fast, I ordered $113.00 worth of food and the wait wasn't more then 5 minutes. So I command them on that. Also I made a mistake on one of my Items but they where accommodating and friendly but professional great service. I recommend this one over the one on 9th and north ave. I'll give them 4 stars till I dine in.

Parking: Both sides of the business. Handicap parking. Parking for online order pickup, and regular parking. Also the lot was very clean, and bushes where trimmed grass was neat. Next time Me and my 12 children will dine in.“

The service and food at this McDonald’s can really be hit or miss and today was hit.

It was hit because the young people working the drive thru were pleasant, respectful, efficient, and the food was fresh.

I hope our young people are taken care of at this location. Giving praise to the young man who took my order and the young lady who served my food. Keep up the pleasant and resilient state of mind and great work! 🙏🏼“

“Definitely one of the better McDonald's on Capitol Dr. Appreciate the employees not giving attitudes for expecting them to do their jobs. Although some dining room cashier's need to do better with not allowing people to wait so long to either take an order or cash out a customer. But usually it's 1 employee for the dining room cashier that does make it all a better experience. You definitely know when she's your cashier.

Parking: Several areas to park and pickup locations

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible but you might want to park on the Southside lot only because it be a hill to go up on the other 2 lots unless you parked nearest to the drive thru entrance so you weren't having to go up or down the hill.“

“I felt compelled to post this review. I'm not sure if the management of this location changed or what the deal is. Whatever it is it's working. I used to avoid this location, even though it's closest to my job, because I had so many bad experiences. Lately I decided to give it another try. Glad I did, each of the times Ive been there recently my order was correct, the food was fresh and the employees were accommodating and polite. Super happy I no longer have to travel for my McDonald's fix. Whatever changes you guys made, stick with it please.“

“I came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I was surprised with the speed, friendliness, and efficiency of the drive-through staff. I had stopped coming here years ago because of how poor the service and speed used to be. Now I will return more often.“
