“Went thru the drive thru today 8/29/25 and ordered a tall Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew and cheese danish. Took a drink and the lid was not on. Coffee all over me and my car seat. Not happy. At least it was not a hot drink. I called Starbucks. They took my name and will be given to the Supervisor. Let’s see what happens when I return“

“I placed a pick up order this morning for what I thought was this location but it was actually at another location (this is why I needed caffeine lol). I want to give a huge thank you to the barista that noticed I had been waiting a while and checked on me. He showed me kindness by not making me feel dumber than I already did and he fixed my mistake by remaking my order at this location. Thank you! You made a positive impact on my morning. 🫶“

“The staff are always just a little grumpy but they get the job done. I don't try to hang around. I never feel "invited" or welcome. Pick it up and run. Check your order before you leave.

“This location has a table set up for, "the empty chair," a symbolic gesture for those who did not make it home. Additionally, there are pre-made cards for you to complete for those currently deployed while you wait for your order. This is so admirable, and greatly appreciated.

“On occasion I have had the pleasure of eating here after a morning session at the gym. I love the smooth experience of ordering from the app and being able to just walk inside and pick it up and go sit down and eat! Staff is busy but friendly and studious in their duties, at least to me they were during my visits. Clean place too! I like a big glass of whole milk and a breakfast burrito ?????“

“Kendal was lovely. There was a communication error on my end with the flavor(I mixed up drinks and said white mocha instead of mocha) and she remade the drink for me and was really understanding about it!

“I've been coming here for a while now, and 9/10 the service is great! The evening staff is very friendly and welcoming. I'm probably not your traditional Starbucks Customer, but still I've been frequenting their different locations for about a decade now, and I always manage to reside somewhere where a location is nearby.“

“Honestly have never had better experiences at Starbucks. I just moved to the area used to my Starbucks at home and was expecting your typical experience. However, I got far from what I thought was "typical". These workers instantly greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude. They were smiling their whole shift and have been very talkative with costumers including myself. My drinks here have never been messed up and are delicious every time. “The employees here are always the nicest and most down to earth I've ever seen/interacted with at a Starbucks. I don't know if it's because they work at a hospital or just because they are that awesome, but every single time I've gone...they are always the best. Today one of the employees (I wish I remembered her name) drew a tiny heart behind my name just because (I'd like to add I'm NOT a regular so it's not like they did it because they know me), and honestly from gaving a tough day...that little heart made me smile.“

“Go to Starbucks all the time. Needed a little help getting change to wash clothes and Brandon and Amy were did not hesitate to help and were just overall had great energy and were overall nice. You would think getting a little extra change would not be a difficult request but other stores around them #PickNSave apparently have policies against helping customers.“

Parking: There are a few paid street parking sports out front. The card reader wasn’t working, so we had to pay with quarters. Starbucks is unable to give out quarters unless you pay in cash.“

“I recently started working near this location and I’ve visited several times. The staff are always so kind and friendly! My drinks have been amazing. The lines can get long but move at a very good pace. They’re connected to the Hilton so you don’t even have to go outside if you don’t want to. I highly recommend!“

“I placed an order inside and got 1 grande light iced shaken espresso with fabulous adds and 1 tall iced decaf Carmel crème brûlée and it was amazing! I felt I was a little extra in ordering my drinks but the ladies were very patient, kind and executed my order with smiles! I’m usually an easy order kind of gal but I wanted to try something new and it worked out great. It didn’t work out for me to use my Starbucks points or opt In for the Starbucks weekend deal as this location doesn’t participate in it but it was worth it this time around. The shaken espresso flavors were a perfect balance between semi sweet and the coffee kick taste that I needed :)“

“I love stopping in at the Starbucks there inside this Chase Ave. location Target ? store. It’s just awesome to have it be so convenient for me to not have to stop somewhere else prior to coming to the store to get a drink. “I got my coffee from concourse C and it was so good, they made my drink perfect!! The team that works there is absolutely phenomenal. They are so kind and work so hard for everyone. “I am grateful because I ordered online and they took the time out to make my order before it was ready or even order to be made considering I had to hurry and get to go to work. They are almost always friendly (everyone has bad days- but theirs aren't super bad) and they will make sure you get out in time enough for work. “Found in The Metro Market of Milwaukee's Eastside this is one of the best Starbuck's in the nation. Warm and friendly staff. Speedy and accurate service. Fresh and delicious bakery goods and unique breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings. Free jazz music on Friday evenings. This is truly the best.“

“A bit of a wait to get my order taken, as well as to receive my order, but great, friendly, customer service. I ordered the usual (Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino) and tasted slightly different than it always has at any of the Starbucks locations but it was still fine.“

“I’m doing four stars because yesterday 5/23 afternoon like 2pm I came in. I was disappointed I ordered through mobile app and was told my order was done sent my teen in to get the order and it wasn’t ready. I then came in and the order was made in front of me I got the iced matcha 🍵 and it was nasty! Too much matcha powder and because of that it was sour. The woman working did give me more simple syrup but geez it was just a mess if you ask me.

Now for the early morning crew like 6am 5/22 I was also in after doing a mobile order and those ladies did AMAZING so five stars for them!!! And my matcha was amazing!

So morning crew I highly recommend!! But we won’t be back in the afternoon I’m going to drive the extra 2.2 miles to a different location.“

“Service was ok. Food is sitting out and you can see what you are going to get. My piece of pizza was a little bland and way overpriced. You will be paying the price you would for a full pizza. Kind of what you would expect from a place like this.“
