“I had ordered a pizza last night from Alphonso‘s and I thought it was the absolute worst pizza I ever had when it arrived at my house. It was almost burnt. I called and complained to the manager. He said he would do everything he could to make it up to me. So I stopped in today and they gave me a pizza and one of their sandwiches and I haven’t had the sandwich yet because I’m too full from the pizza, it was a night and day difference From yesterday to today. “Our orders are always done on time, and the pizzas are always made correctly. I also love that every time we come in to pick up pizzas, the whole team behind the counter shouts out a “hello!”. The only reason for less stars is because the online ordering often runs you in circles, and sometimes isn’t even available for online ordering“

“There are 2 young girls working today, standing in view of customers, eating breadsticks, drinking and using cell phones. When a customer walks up to the counter, they are giving them food, plates, silverware, with unclean hands. I don't see this kind of thing going on when the manager is here.“

Which was a little pricey. The pizza was worth it but not so much about the sampler it came with 4 chicken nuggets a small handful of fries a couple of veggie sticks and 4 bread sticks. Sounds like a lot but it all fit on one plate. The place was clean. The staff were nice. And it was pretty quiet on a Monday night. “Mama Mia's is Back! I was a loyal and frequent diner for decades. I just had to have the signature garlic bread and delicious delicate crisp crust pizza, but the original Mama Mia family sold the business several years ago, and the food and service went into steady decline. It seems like the recipes were the same, but the execution was lacking. The bread was oftern served re-heated or stale tasting and the pizza was seldom done right. I don't know who is running the business now, but we gave it a try and ordered carry-out. The meal was fabulous! I hope they keep it going.“

“We had a party of 12 on the Fourth of July after having made a reservation earlier in the week. Our server Phoenix had other tables as well but she was friendly, happy, and super attentive (give her a raise!). Everything was great and she met all our needs with beverage options and special requests and we all left super satisfied.

I had the 10” “Just Meat Pizza”. Pizzas are made to order on a prepared crust and cooked in the oven. But it was a light, airy, yet crispy crust—see photos. Plenty of hand added meats but not too much to make the pizza greasy. Sausage and pepperonis had spice but not over powering. And just enough cheese to get a nice cheese pull without being too heavy.

I will definitely be back for the ‘all day breakfast menu’ and to try many of the other foods on the menu!!

“A friend recommended that I come here, and I was hesitant since I came here to eat and don’t know a thing about golf, other than that it originated in and is based on the landscape of Scotland. I wanted a genuine Wisconsin brat BADLY. They had it here and I needed one for my soul. It was cooked to perfection. My friend’s burger was excellent. Their kitchen is rather new and because of this, gets overlooked. Not by me. Golf enthusiasts come here on the regular, but their kitchen can’t be missed. Wonderful staff and service.
