“I had ordered a pizza last night from Alphonso‘s and I thought it was the absolute worst pizza I ever had when it arrived at my house. It was almost burnt. I called and complained to the manager. He said he would do everything he could to make it up to me. So I stopped in today and they gave me a pizza and one of their sandwiches and I haven’t had the sandwich yet because I’m too full from the pizza, it was a night and day difference From yesterday to today. “Crossroads has good pizza and a very convenient location for our family. The only complaint I have is whenever we've tried calling to order ahead, the automatic message we hear states that either their three phone lines are busy or it's outside of their business hours.

The frozen pizzas and sides are great, but having a working phone system would be really nice when customers would actually like to call ahead and have their hot order waiting for them. Or perhaps consider an online ordering tab on your website??“

“Me and my boyfriend ordered a pizza and birthday stix tonight around 11pm. Our order's estimated arrival time was 11:41-11:51. We were super hungry so when the food wasn't here at 12am we called to see whats going on. The guy we talked to was super nice and without any hesitation gave us $10 off our order. Then he explained it was only him and the driver in the store and they got hit really hard with orders (he said they received about 15 orders around the same time.) Working in food service ourselves, we completely understood the situation. The pizza arrived about 10 mins later and the food was warm and delicious. The driver also dropped off a pint of free ice cream and a brownie for the wait. We were very surprised with the service.“

Last night they helped me throw a 50th birthday party for my boyfriend. Provided a great space (in the restaurant, not a banquet room as they do not have one). However it was perfect. The staff was so helpful and sweet to us. The bill for about 25 people that included plenty of pizza, salad, garlic bread, soda, and beer was alot cheaper then I expected. “Okay, pizza places are a nickel for two dozen, but this particular pizzeria is second to none. It’s busy and hopping for a reason. For one, the food is fabulous. Two, you can sense the pride that’s embedded in the food, service, quality, and overall operations. Additionally, I accidentally forgot my 6-piece buffalo wings when I ordered. I couldn’t get there until three days later (I’m from out of town). The lovely owner (Stephanie) and wonderful manager (Sean) went out of their way to correct my order. They even added a couple of wings on the house. While the pizza is indicative of those who know what they’re doing, the service is equally delectable. Kudos to an outstanding staff. I highly recommend this place hands DOWN.“

“We have never had a disappointment at ZA. Everything we have tried is delicious. Today we enjoyed a brussel sprouts appetizer topped with hot honey glaze and goat cheese, beet salad, lemony chicken picatta and tiramisu. Delizioso!

“There are 2 young girls working today, standing in view of customers, eating breadsticks, drinking and using cell phones. When a customer walks up to the counter, they are giving them food, plates, silverware, with unclean hands. I don't see this kind of thing going on when the manager is here.“

This place has so many games, which is awesome because I often wish I could play through games before buying them. “Mama Mia's is Back! I was a loyal and frequent diner for decades. I just had to have the signature garlic bread and delicious delicate crisp crust pizza, but the original Mama Mia family sold the business several years ago, and the food and service went into steady decline. It seems like the recipes were the same, but the execution was lacking. The bread was oftern served re-heated or stale tasting and the pizza was seldom done right. I don't know who is running the business now, but we gave it a try and ordered carry-out. The meal was fabulous! I hope they keep it going.“
