“I had ordered a pizza last night from Alphonso‘s and I thought it was the absolute worst pizza I ever had when it arrived at my house. It was almost burnt. I called and complained to the manager. He said he would do everything he could to make it up to me. “There are 2 young girls working today, standing in view of customers, eating breadsticks, drinking and using cell phones. When a customer walks up to the counter, they are giving them food, plates, silverware, with unclean hands. I don't see this kind of thing going on when the manager is here.“

“Food is great. Italian sub hot or cold... amazing. Nickle nuggets AMAZING.
CREW very hit or miss. Mostly a miss. Just in almost 2 weeks ago. We ordered salad... no silverware after we asked for 8 minutes. Ordered a 2 liter of soda asked for it 3 times.... 30 min later I got it.... yes 10 min after the food came out.

If I could complain about one thing, it's the consistent lack of salad. I've come three Fridays now, and every time, the salad is completely gone, which is the only side I can have. They can't have one of the best ranches and not carry enough salad that they run out every Friday I've been here! I end up paying full price but leave with no side.

I wanted a genuine Wisconsin brat BADLY. They had it here and I needed one for my soul. It was cooked to perfection. My friend’s burger was excellent. Their kitchen is rather new and because of this, gets overlooked. Not by me. Golf enthusiasts come here on the regular, but their kitchen can’t be missed. Wonderful staff and service.
