“Today my son was at the Culver’s in Onalaska, WI by the high school for lunch. He had no money and had called to try to get money sent to his phone so he could eat with his friends. I called the store to see if I could pay for his food over the phone. The lady who answered explained that she couldn’t take payment over the phone but she would pay for his meal. I said I would pay her back and she said don’t worry about it. She met him by the ice cream cooler and paid for his meal. She was so kind and didn’t even think twice. For someone who probably had a lot more to worry about - like the 60+ kids in her lobby waiting for food, she stopped and used her own money to help my son out. Incredible! I didn’t quite catch her name so will be going in on Friday to see if I can find her to thank her! Incredible person!“

“It's good food but seems so far removed from everything. I know it's only a block from an extremely busy highway but it just seems kinda backwater. The food is worth it, though, and there's never been a line in the drive-thru.“

“Clean and updated playplace with big kid and toddler areas. Very spacious with two pay crane machines and a free arcade machine. The restaurant was spotless and the decor was amazing for a McDonald's. However, my spicy McCrispy didn't have the spicy sauce. Kinda annoyed that I paid 40¢ extra for that.“

“I visited your drive-thru today, although I have enjoyed dining in at this location before. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the food is wonderful for fast food—always hot and fresh. I highly recommend the fish dinner; it is delicious, just like a standard restaurant, but without the hefty price tag! Also, you can enjoy it here or take it home—where else can you do that? The variety of side dishes is also excellent, offering more than just standard fries. I would also suggest trying the chocolate malt; it is delightful.
