“I'd say staff is generally pleasant and orders are correct about 90% of the time. I know they're very busy and doing their best. The registers seem like they may be a bit complicated for some of the employees taking the orders; especially if you have additions or subtractions to what you're getting. No big deal, they make it right no questions asked. The building is usually clean and stocked. I appreciate very much they also employ people with some genetic conditions to give them something meaningful to do. If only others in society who live off the government would want to work like these great people....“

“Kids love it here. Staff varies in getting orders correct or making errors. Last time we had a problem with that was over 6 months ago, but we do double check every time just in case. This is a regular place for families and can range from empty to pretty busy on bad weather days.

Kid-friendliness: Playplace is easy to watch with plenty of seating for parents. There is a small toddler area and an easy to reach slide from a second level, there is a third level that intimidates some kids and can be difficult to reach for an adult, but it's very open visibility and I've never seen an upset child get stuck where they couldn't be coached or reached by another helping kid.“

“Our server was Iran. As soon as we walked toward the counter, he smiled warmly and greeted us. I’m kind of high maintenance, but Iran was very patient and double checked to make sure my order was correct. Our order came up very quickly, and was perfect. When we were leaving, Iran said “goodbye” and again gave us a genuine smile.“

“It’s hard to make food a sexual experience but the Spicy Shrimp Po’ Boy f***** my face. Fuckin’ F**** a lot of places tone spice down for ‘general pop’ but this place gives it to you raw. If it says spicy it’s spicy but it also delivers a balance of flavor with heat. It was an explosion of awesome in my mouth. “We came for lunch, as I was looking for a good ribeye. Immediately felt at ease upon entering. Even though it appeared pretty busy, we were sat right away. We needed time to peruse the menu, and our server Jordan never made us feel rushed. He brought us water, and gave us some time. We had the spinach dip, bone in ribeye, and ahi tuna steak. It was obvious that the dip was freshly made, and my rare ribeye was the best steak I’ve had in a long time. The housemade chive butter was also excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the music stylings were en pointe for my taste. This is the kind of establishment I love to support.“
