“We got the tempura cauliflower for an appetizer, which was good. I was surprised the sauce came on the side, I would have assumed it'd be tossed, but the portion size was generous and tasty. I got the hipster sandwich, which was a lot and definitely not able to be picked up. I feel like less is more with this dish. I don't think it needs as many toppings and it would still have been delicious. My husband got the Friday fish fry beer battered and smashed potatoes. The coleslaw was good and we're generally not coleslaw fans but the dill dressing made it stand out. The location is amazing, would return again.“

“This is by far the best pizza! You must order the deep dish. Even people that typically do not like deep dish love this one! The crust tastes like my grandma's beer bread she used to make. The ingredients are fresh and they are not stingy with their toppings. I even had my friend's mom (from Italy) dine with me there and she said it was exceptionally good. She said the sausage is excellent. It's a small, cozy place. A great place to dine with friends. The bartenders are always friendly. (You order at the bar and they tell you when your order is up.) My latest visit was recently. We drove from the airport, all the way to Tomaso's in the snow to enjoy their pizza, (we even ordered a par bake to take home) then drive an hour back home.“

“Once and Done ! We made (quite) a trip to experience Le's Pho bc of the glowing reviews it had rec'd on this site. So sorry to say we were sorely disappointed. The place was uninviting even for a cafeteria, incl. flies and a messy toilet with reams of boxes stored in the hallway. At Noon hour there was just one waitress who pretended to barely notice us and hardly spoke English. The menu showed huge mark-ups from prior prices still visible beneath. As appetizer we ordered the butterfly calamary ($12) which we both love, though not these which were full of chunks of empty breading. The Claypot Seafood ($15) was a large bowl of steamed vegetables containing almost no seafood; asides were bamboo shoots and a mountain of steamed rice. The Pho Steak Brisket ($13) was a large vegetable terrine with thinly sliced meat slivers as tasteless as tough strips of leather. The vegetable stew and broth actually tasted fine, but we were missing the seafood and steak brisket advertised on the menu. Though cost was not the issue, we still felt the $60 tab was overpriced for the all around sorry experience.“

“Great gluten free options on nearly every items on the menu. Had my free Cuban sandwich in many years, nailed it! Lemon Ice Float was also amazing!Dietary restrictions: Most of menu is available with gluten free options. Thank you for going out of your way to do this! Much appreciated!“
“I wish I could break the scale for this review!Whenever I had the cream pig last, it was THE BEST cheese filled brat. The staff were RIDICULOUSLY friendly, the food was exquisite! I was bummed to learn I didn't make it in time (on Sunday) for another brat! You just can't ask for a better place!“

“Great bar and grill serving superior menu items, with a great beer selection and cocktail menu. We enjoyed the patio seating for a delicious, relaxed lunch next to the river and bike trail.Vegetarian options: They have salad options to make a carnivore choose meatless.Parking: Municipal lot at the library across from the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: The older building would be difficult for someone in a wheelchair.“

“Well. What can I say. I think the place has the best chocolates in Wisconsin. Only place you can get hand crafted, 74% dark chocolate bars. We are out of town for the winter, and Monday, I'm going to have them ship me some Dark Bars because you can't get them anywhere else. (there are 72% dark bars out there, and higher, but not any good 74% bars) (I like that concentration of dark). (Ok, ok, i haven't been to every chocolate shop in Wisconsin, so technically I don't know if it's the best, but from what I've had, it is). (that's not to diminish what I think of the Chisel, because I drive all the way to Port to get it.) (The ice cream is fantastic too.) (that's all)“
