Best "stumbled upon" breakfast I've ever had. Nailed the "extra crispy" hashbrowns, and the sausage gravy would make even the crabbiest of folks shed a little tear.
I've been all over the Northwoods on my Harley touring the last few years. I've visited numerous restaurants during my travels. I don't know how I overlooked this place. I had an early ride to the MI border for pictures. The Outpost was on my route and it was about breakfast time. I can't express the experience enough. Always nice coming here. Comfy, good food (breakfast and their burgers are very good), and Sheri, the server, is great, responsive and friendly. I can tell she works very hard and is a definite plus for the restaurant. In an area dying for help, if I owned that place, I'd be proactive and pay her more to keep her.
