“I pulled into the McDonald's parking lot, easily finding a spot near the entrance. Walking inside, I noticed it wasn't too busy, with a few families and some people working on laptops. The familiar smell of fries and burgers filled the air. I ordered my usual McChicken and small fries, grabbing a seat by the window. The food arrived quickly, hot and fresh. It was the classic McDonald's experience - nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. As I ate, I watched the cars go by, appreciating the simple, familiar comfort of this fast-food staple.“

“Went to falls subway after my son’s track meet and had a pleasant suprise from a worker named Brooke. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a huge smile. Throughout the whole order she was patient and respectful. I even had her take something off and she didn’t bat an eye and did with a smile on her face. When I left she said something along the lines of hoping to see me as a customer again. It’s safe to say i’ll be doing so. I hope to god there are more young workers like her out there.“

“Awesome food! About as good as you can get for some fast food. Service was a bit slow but it was busy when we went. The Biggie bags are an awesome buy especially since (via the Wendys app) the drink can be upgraded to a large for only 55¢!“

“Pros; Great food! Absolutely LOVE their burgers and fries! They also always have a friendly staff and customer service in person is always great. Dining room area is always clean.
Cons; Their app is terrible. It’s klunky, and order times are only every 15 minutes. I ordered 10:36am, it only allowed me to order for 11:00am at the earliest. Came to the store at 10:50 and they hadn’t received my order. I would expect to be able to place my order at home, make the 10 minute drive to the store and my food to be ready when I arrive. That is not the case. Not to the fault of the people working here, the ordering system on the app is just poor. I would have been better off placing my order in the drive thru. They advertise that you should “skip the line and order online”, but it’s definitely less efficient.
Don’t mess with the app, ordering a head doesn’t make it any quicker. Come to the store itself, ordering in the drive thru and you’ll have a much better experience.“

“There is always someone there that's super awesome, like the guy that took my order today. There is always someone who is trying to make the cashier that clearly could use some guidance to up charge on bacon that's included in the club sub.
I appreciate their gluten free bread. Its the only reason I pay for their food. But its worth the treat for the boys and I.“
