“I was in town for one night in Kenosha and was wanting a good home made pizza. The internet indicated that Sal’s pizza was a good option. I drove to the place and found it was in a questionable part of town and on a Saturday night, no one was there and I thought uh oh. Already committed, I went in and ordered a small Sal’s stuffed pizza with extra sauce. The pizza was astoundingly delicious and made me wonder why the people of Kenosha aren’t frequenting this place. Based on my long history of eating all kinds of pizzas, there should have been a line out the door! Well done Sal’s!“

“This was my first time to eat pizza from Ferraro’s in Racine WI and it will not be my last. The crispy crust followed with a sweet savory sauce hit the spot. The only mistake was my fault I should have ordered a larger pizza. I came home with the pizza and my grandson just about ate it all.
The service matched the quality of the pizza. Rob and his crew are knocking it out of the park with their friendly, caring customer focused service. I am looking forward to visiting Ferraro’s more in the future.“

“This is a solid pizza joint. I’ve ordered delivery 4-5 times. Good ingredients, speedy delivery and consistent results. Plus the delivery guy is a nice guy and seems genuinely proud of the pizza. I compare it to to Rosatis, but I like this better, and that’s with zero shade. In conclusion… if Jimanos is in your neighborhood hood, you should give it a chance. Ps the BLT Pizza was awesome. I feel like I invented it in 2002… But immediately thought it was better than the one I made. Only complaint… Too much bacon. But then I say that out loud and it sounds stupid. Sauce is nice with a hint of sweetness - which works well, especially if you're getting pineapple on your pizza. Yes, pineapple DOES belong on pizza. “Just finished an incredible Fat Tuesday/early Valentine’s dinner at Sturinos! The eggplant Parmesan was the best I’ve ever had! The eggplant was sautéed and seasoned perfectly with a nice topping of Parmesan and mozzarella. Usually the eggplant has so much breading that you hardly taste the eggplant itself. This was just perfect. My husband had the meatloaf special and loved it. The mashed red-skin potatoes were delicious and the meatloaf was flavorful and moist. Everything is homemade and fresh. One of our favorite restaurants in the area!“

They are always so nice and friendly, even at midnight or later.PSA FOR DELIVERY: If you get delivery..tip your driver. I was there to pick up my food and the poor driver came in so defeated as he drove like 20 minutes both ways to deliver and they didn't tip him.That's rude as hell.“

Very good thin crust pizza very close to home. Pasta dishes are great, too. Daily specials and coupons help too.

Update: pizzas are now hit-n-miss. Some days it is the best in town, other days not worth the effort. We are now evaluating 3 other places that are further from home, to find our GO TO PIZZA place. The inconsistency is just too much.

It's sad, because this place is a GEM ?, and NOW it is loosing its LUSTER.“

“My parents owned a restaurant down the way from here as a second income source in the late 80s. So as a child of parents who had a day time job and then owned and managed a restaurant we ate a lot of pizza (when not eating the food at their restaurant naturally). This set a very high bar for pizza and Italian food in general. Came back a few years ago and was glad to see it still open and glad it was the same as I remembered.“
