“We love Steve's! Steve and Rita are the best, and so is the bartender Liz! It's one of our favorite places to hang out and play some darts. The backyard in the summer is beautiful, your surrounded by flowers, with a beautiful wooden swing and volleyball court. Definitely should check it out.“

“the countryside pub is a great place to grab a drink and have some great food. the bartender(been there 31 years) is awesome. we had the ghost pepper cheese curds, and they were great. also, my group had the meatball sub, the tuesday taco special, and the prime rib sliders. All of us agreed the food was top-notch. would definitely eat there again when in the area. we are a little way from home. we live in Eastern indiana.“

Not sure what’s going on there but we were wrongly accused of conditions we did not leave. Cost us $75 as a result of their error as to which room it came from. They also would not answer direct questions that might have exonerated us.“

“We recently had a celebration of life party. The place was perfect large windows looking out to the water. The staff especially Max was such a great help in making sure the place was set up to our liking. We had so many people say how nice the place was and they never knew it was there. Definitely a hidden treasure. Would definitely recommend for your next party.“

We did not get the email with the code so could not check in at check in time, so we had to wait an hour or 2. Not a huge deal. The bigger deal was the neighbor with the F… Biden sign (in her front yard) coming onto the property making guests uncomfortable.“

The bar itself is basically a staging point and watering hole to have a quick drink before heading out to Blarney Island in May through September, and outside those months it's otherwise a pretty quiet routine bar. Before you go out to the island though, you really, really MUST check what's going on out there, as some of the weekend theme parties are definitely not to some people's taste, and you will either love it or hate it.“

“Stopped in for a bit to eat on a Saturday afternoon. Very friendly staff and customers. Also got to meet George, the bulldog. Defiently a variety on the menu. From appetizers to burgers. Looks like a great spot for Fish Fry. Lori our bartender/cook even went above and beyond and allowed me to order frog legs (Fridays only) we also ordered the pork chop! Serving portions were great and food tasted good.
They also have a quarter dozer!

“Chris, our bartender, was awesome! He was knowledgeable about all the beers and cocktails, and gave great recommendations. He chatted with us but also kept a keen eye on the bar and never missed serving his patrons. His barback, Connor, kept up a good pace and was always active. We ate at the bar but the servers looked to be excellent too. My only complaint would be the hostess who I thought was an owner by her loud and bossy attitude with her fellow coworkers. She seemed friendly enough with some patrons but we were grateful every time she left our vicinity. If not for Chris and the excellent food and beverages we would not have spent what we did and stayed as long as we did. We will definitely come back soon!“
