Donuts near Wales

“Nice donut selection with some seasonal theme which the kids loved. Spider donuts was creative. Service was ok but not over the top. I was openly talking out loud stating things I wasn't sure of and the person behind the counter just waited quietly not saying a word until I asked her the question directly. Otherwise she chatted with her co worker, in another language which to me seems rude. Almost like they are talking about me or my kids and don't want us to know. Place was clean and simple inside.“

“Very kind. Fun variety of options. Wonderful price.“

“DD had my all time favorite donut!!! All the donuts are shaped like a heart for Valentines Day. The young gal who helped us was awesome!!! She was the only worker in the store and she handled everything like a pro!!! Great customer service!!!“

“The employees were super nice and friendly, even at 7 o’early in the morning. They even took the time to talk directly to my pre-schoolers (3 & 5) and interact with them.“

“staff are always warm and welcoming!“

“This Dunkin is my Waukesha oasis. I go to this Dunkin when I need a break from the pressures of work, parenting, and other adult responsibilities. If I'm at this Dunkin, I'm probably about to lose my ever loving mind and their coffee is about to heal my soul.

When I show up here, my hair is a mess, I probably have bags under my eyes, and I might have even shown up to the drive through in my slippers. And you, kind person handing me my coffee, have made my frickin day.“

“My friend and I had a great experience with a worker- I regret that I didn't catch her name but she had great costumer service and was a great help/worker!! (Also, Dunkin/manager, you should always have at least 2 people working due to rushes and walk-ins!)“
