“We were just at this store. Even though they were severely understaffed, they still kicked butt! The guy on drivethru, AJ had the headset on taking orders for drivethru, and manning the front counter! From what I could tell there was one guy back on fryers and cooking. There was nice lady named Jeanine (sp?) that made sure all the orders were going out correctly. I had ordered onion rings and they were so busy they forgot to put them down. She was honest with me and told me she would bring them out to me, and she did it herself. They got through all the customers and I didn't here any complaints from any of them. Thanks guys. Dinner was delicious.“

“There's not many places I say this about but don't leave all bad reviews. This Culvers and everyone Ive been to is always the friendliest people and great food. I travel for work and have been to a lot of locations and my main go to for something quick!“

“I went inside to place my order to go, because I haven't been here in a long time, wasn't familiar with their menu anymore and I didn't want to hold up the drive thru line.

I didn't catch the cashiers name, but he was very helpful and super patient (not the fake annoyed with me either) with me. He made sure my order was correct and overall made my experience great. The food was fresh and in my opinion better than their competitor. I was ordering for my family of 3 and one of them is a picky eater.  It was nice being able to order for my family to go and not feel like I was being rushed.

The atmosphere was fine. There were younger people there, families, couples. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I don't have much to say about it as my order was for take out.“

“This is a really good Arby's. The food is always in my mind pretty much perfect. The manager is very involved and always asks what I'm waiting for when I go in after placing a mobile order. He always checks on customers that are in the restaurant to make sure everything is okay. I appreciate the attention he pays to what's going on in his restaurant.“

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“I usually go here later in the day typically once or twice every other other week for 3 tripple cheeses, Its a nice dirty treat after the gym. I dont know why but today I got a nice stuffed medium fry and very nice drive thru people, they typically are polite and cool. If it wasnt for them id probably stop coming here. I stopped getting breakfast because who ever works the drive thru in the am really hates her job. Very short very rude and consistently the same. But your night crew, love em.“

“Upon entering Norma who was working, joyfully greated us and several other customers that came in. She was so sweet and so pleasant. She honestly made the atmosphere and the whole vibe just a happy place to be. The food was great and Norma made everything even better with her kindness! “We went for our dinner on New Years Eve. We had Wings, Salad Bar and our favorite sodas. Staff was warm and welcoming. Food was very good, salad bar was fresh. Decor was very nice and restaurant was clean. Some of the carpet and booths need some upgrades but overall we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with our ‘holiday’ dinner. “I do not remember my waitresses name but I believe she is the manager or in management and she came from Oconomowoc Pizza hut. Whoever this individual was is absolutely awesome and treated my wife, daughter and i like family. And the food was hot and fresh and tasted great!!!!“
