“Great meal for lunch today. We started with the Mushroom Tartine which was a real treat?, it had a hint of citrus that fun! My wife had the Wisconsin burger, I had the Korean Chicken sandwich and we did sharesies ;) to end our meal we split a piece of carrots cake. The frosting carried the plate... really enjoyed everything!“

“2nd visit. It was a quite night, the staff informed us that was due to ”spring break”. This restaurant has a warm, fun atmosphere. We were given a “tour” of the two main floor dining rooms and learned about the history of the building and Wausau itself buy the pictures hanging on the walls. The staff was attentive. Extensive wine list, bartender gave a quick lesson of Gins (differences between London dry and botanical) to one of our guests. With spring around the corner, I enjoyed the zucchini pasta.“

“I had Lanzo as a server, he was very attentive and friendly. We had a mess up with the drinks and he fixed it professionally and kindly. He definitely added to the experience and made it great! Loved the cheese curds too!“

“The food and service was excellent. We had the pad thai with chicken. The portions were huge. You do not leave hungry. What made it even more incredible was that someone anonymously paid for our dinner. Thank you, Whoever you are! Your generosity was over the top. The waitress informed us that the anonymous person paid for the dinners of the entire restaurant. Just mind-blowing. We will definitely pay it forward!“

“We had my daughter’s birthday here - it went great but that’s not the reason for the review. Her dad somehow sliced his finger pretty badly requiring a quick visit to the ER. The wait staff and kitchen crew quickly helped apply pressure , wrap it, and find proper bandages until we went in. Thanks, WOW staff.🫡“
