“I went there to place a order couldn't use the coupon due to power out the woman who I think was the manager got my order wrong over charged for things not requested it's lent we don't eat meat on Fridays meat was in it n charged $12 Xtra for it for not having no customers how could they of gotten it wrong plus called over 10xs n it hung up not sure if it's due to power I need a manager to fix this please“

“My niece and nephews stumbled on this place tonight. I felt like I was at home eating with my family. The Papaya salad and Laos sausage was as wholesome and authentic as it gets, definitely on point. The staff was awesome, they made my food with the heat I was looking for and with fresh peppers and I could talk with Ottis for hours about food if I wasn't pressed by some sleepy teenagers. I appreciate the experience, it added to the recharging I'm getting on vacation back up here in the cities. I will definitely be back when I come back up.“

The broth was very delicious sweet and strong. Added one spoon of chilli oil and the spice level was perfect for me. They gave garnish, which had Ming bean sprouts and lemon and basil. The quantity is perfect

“We went to the Noodles and Co. on Hwy 100 today at 11:30. One adult, a 4 year old, and a 4 month old. I was not prepared with our order when we got to the counter. The lady at the register was really patient with me, I was exhausted from the humidity at the park all morning, my bones ached, I didn't know what to order, I had too much stuff to carry around etc. We had a really great lunch and I am thankful for her kindness and understanding she showed us.“

“i usually went to oak creek for noodles since it’s close, however the staff at oak creek are SO rude
and orders were never right. I decided to take the drive to this location and it was worth it. So clean, nice staff, fresh food. This place literally Mogs oak creek. I will be taking the extra drive to come here no matter what.“

“Let me start off by saying how irritated I was because there is no parking on a Saturday over in Tosa. I did an online order per usual on a Saturday (I usually go to a different location). I could not find a place to park! I was so irritated! So I actually called in to cancel my order. The young lady that answered the phone was pretty nice and the manager was also nice and she sent someone (who was also nice) to actually run my food out . THEY DID NOT HAVE TO GO THE EXTRA MILE. And I hope they don’t get in trouble for that . All I can say is I really appreciated it because I had just walked 3 miles of hills and stairs and I was simply over it. Kudos to the staff… food was also good!“

I used to eat here often before going gluten free. I was so upset to not be able to eat here anymore until I saw they had gluten free options. The pineapple chicken was so good (and fried) that I actually called the restaurant to make sure that they didn’t mix things up 🤭 bc anyone who has to eat gluten free knows that gf fried chicken in a Chinese restaurant is rare!! And especially if it’s good! I hope that some day they can make a gluten free orange chicken recipe so I don’t have to make mine at home all of the time! Definitely recommend if you can’t eat gluten.“

“It you want great, authentic homemade Chinese food…….this is the place. Honestly, the best chicken fried rice you’ll ever eat, amongst everything else. Great family restaurant, they work so hard, remember their customers, and every single meal is made to perfection. “I was there today around 11 am at the one on Howell Ave in Oak Creek. I normally love it there. But today was a hot mess. I decided to eat in and I was given a number to match my order (which was visible and at the end of the table) the lady came out and didnt even care there were numbers on the tables she then started over at the group of kids that were there too. Picked up a dish and called it out. When no one answered she called another. I spoke up and said thats my order. She continued to call out dishes. the lady that was there with the kids said "that order goes over there." The server continued to call out the 4th dish. The boys all said that order belongs to that lady and pointed to me. She then took it back to the prep area. She came out and said I am sorry theres alot of people here. never took my number and the chicken on my buffalo mac was literally rubber. She didnt ask if i was a rewards member either time I was up there and I returned the number to her and said, you never picked this up" she just looked at me like I was stupid.
