“Wow!!!! What a bar and restaurant! We have been staying at Hotel Hillsboro for 6 years. We bring a huge group of people down each year for our annual Chicken Run! (20 rooms). My husband and I have been 100% satisfied in every way, from the food you serve, to the efficient and friendly staff, the drinks (rum buckets rock) to the friendly and warm atmosphere of the establishment in general. We wouldn't go any other place! Clean rooms, great people, lots of laughs, super food (anything on the menu is superb) an over all great place! Thank you Steve for making us feel at home! And thank you to your entire staff for your service and friendships we have made over the years!“
