“Good morning. My wife and I visited the Spring Mills location yesterday.

The food was actually very good and the service was excellent. The cocktails were well made and the menu had a good variety of options. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

One small detail stood out, though, and it’s really about attention to presentation. I noticed the restaurant uses nice quality paper napkins, which was a pleasant touch, but the silverware didn’t match the overall quality of the dining experience.

Considering the menu prices ($18–$35 per entrée) and the quality of the food and service, I expected sturdier and better-maintained utensils. The fork at my table was extremely thin, scratched up, and looked worn to the point that I couldn’t tell if it was clean or just heavily marked. It simply didn’t match the otherwise good experience.

This is a minor detail, but small things like that can affect the overall impression of an otherwise very good restaurant. With the quality of food and service you’re offering, upgrading the silverware would help the dining experience feel more consistent with the rest of the presentation

Old chairs are very comfortable and were kept .. need the tables back! Heard many comments about the lack of table space. We felt bad for the service workers. Please bring back the other tables.“

“Pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was delicious I got the morning glory burger with fries and a small old bay wings order with ranch. My partner got the wet jerky and old bay with honey drizzle. All the wings were amazing and the burger was good tho I didn't finish it because it was so big. We also got the loaded sweet potato fries they were very sweet but a great combination. Every one was friendly and food was reasonably priced only spent about 75 bucks for a small order (6) wings a medium order (12) wings. A Red Bull and vodka, a Coke, a morning glory burger with fries and loaded sweet potato fries. The employees were wonderful they started a fire in the back area and put on the football game for us. The cook came out and spoke to us. The inside was loud because of the rock band but truly everyone was great. I'm docking a star simply because the outside and the way you enter are a little off putting and if it's your first time there it can be a little overwhelming on what to do“

Her personality was wonderful so if you ever go to this restaurant in Martinsburg on Foxcroft Chili’s Ask for Shannon this girl will make sure that your experience of eating out with your family will be awesome very friendly, outgoing and as much as food costs today she even told us how we could save money by ordering instead of just a rack of ribs for the same price. If you order a rack of ribs, you get three sides so really for a order of rack of ribs. We got two males. We got a rack of ribs with two sides and some chicken quesadillas for the same price of just a rack of ribs. This lady seemed to care about me my friends and my daughter. It was awesome One of the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in my entire life and I eat out most of my life and I am 56 years old you go Shannon sell those baby back ribs and just a side note. If you’re Shannon‘s boss, this girl deserves a major raisethanks everybody so if you don’t want to be disappointed, ask for this lady, her personality will blow you away.“
