“The receipt shows that I ordered my food to eat inside the restaurant at 12:26. I received my food at 12:50. That’s 24 minutes. When the server put my tray on the table I asked her if anyone at the drive thru had waited that long for their food. A manager came over (Amelia) and explained that a cook had failed to drop some chicken and that’s why my order was so delayed. In fact she went out of her way to apologize and even brought me a fresh meal on my way out the door. I went from leaving a negative review to leaving a positive review. Everyone makes mistakes. Own it, apologize and move forward. Now, I feel I need to put these restaurants on notice. They prioritize the drive thru and the dine in traffic suffers. Stop doing this, please. My dollar spends elsewhere as well.“

“We had a great time at the resort at glade springs. They are reasonably priced. They offer every amenity needed for a good time with everything conveniently located. Golf, tennis, basketball, bowling alley, movie theater arcade, pool, three onsite restaurants. the free breakfast buffet is good. The people are friendly. They also offer shuttles to and from the winterplace snowtubing and ski resort. The room was great and the pool even has a lifeguard. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that offered that which I really liked. I felt safe and we had a great time. The room was nice. We stayed inside the main inn.“
