Not only will I never be dining at the Charles Town IHOP ever again, but what happened tonight was disgusting enough to make me loose my appetite.
Just barley got to our seats when the manager sent over a different waitress other than our own or herself to ask me about my service dogs “certification” in a very rude manner.
