The staff are always extremely friendly, the food is always fresh, and out of all the order's I've made here, they've never messed it up!

Michael, Martin, and Johnathan were working when I came through today, and their performance was fanominal. I was in and out in under 3 minutes, all my food was hot and fresh, and from the view I could see from the window, the inside was SPOTLESS. These 3, as well as the few I saw leaving right as I arrived, deserve special recognition for running a great shift!

I highly recommend this location over all other Charleston/surrounding mcdonald's stores.“

“We are 4 hours from home for travel softball. We wanted to eat there and scrambled to inside the mall 5 mins before close to be the actual last customer. I said I’m not even sure what to order here. Obviously chicken. Lol. The dude was super nice. Explained answers to any question I had about any menu item with absolutely ZERO attitude. You don’t get that anymore usually. “We had missed having five guys in our home town and so we were here. The food was as good or better then we remembered. The place was very clean and staff was fantastic. The only thing I could knock was that the music was very loud and I had trouble hearing my daughter talk to me. Still best burgers and fries you can find.“
