“It was our first time visiting Bubbarino’s Bites & Bubbles. The parking area was nearly full, but so glad we found a spot and came in for lunch.

My wife and I were quickly greeted and was told we could set anywhere we would like. We were then greeted by our hostess Haley. Extremely nice and welcoming. She said she really enjoys working there and said that the food was great. So she gave us menus and took our drink orders. We had our drinks within the minute.

My wife ordered the Honey Jalapeno Burger. It came with free Fries. I ordered the 12 piece Bone-In Wings. I wanted them with the Sweet Thai Chili sauce. Haley had told us earlier that the wings were part of the daily special for Wednesday. 50% off. What a great deal.

We had told Haley this was our first visit to this establishment. A couple of minutes later, Eddie walked over and introduced himself and was thrilled to have us here today. He told us that what we ordered was some of the restaurant’s best sellers.

I would say within 10 minutes we both had our meals on the table. We have a habit between ourselves to share our meals with each other. So we split the burger and wings and commenced to eat.

The Honey Jalapeno Burger was so juicy and a little messy, but in a great way. It’s been a long time I’ve had a restaurant burger so juicy. Lots of flavor, texture and fresh combination of garden vegetables, ie, lettuce, onion, tomato. Possibly one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in a number of years. Cooked to near perfection. Awesome job to the one on the grill. The fries were well seasoned, crispy and hot. Terrific combo.

Then I tried those wings. Deep crispy exterior and hot, tender inside. Plus, the Sweet Thai Chili was a very good choice for flavor. Again, I’ve eaten many wings over the years, but I’m going to have to put them in the near top of best ever. Again, your chef/cook/grilling champ needs to be brought out and given a standing ovation every now and then.

Putnam County and Hurricane WV has got one of the best businesses in the area. I told Eddie before we left, that they now have two new customers.

If anyone reads my comments, please make every effort to stop by and spend some time at Bubbarino’s. You will not regret it.

“Stopped in here looking for a West Virginia hot dog as we were visiting the Charleston area. I'm very familiar with Nitro as I lived here in the late 70s and early 80s. Jumped online, did a Google search and Katherine's café came up With a good rating for hot dogs. Tiffany, our server was super polite and for a small café with a bar this place was very clean! Even the bathrooms were super clean! That goes a long way anytime I'm visiting any type of restaurant. We had A West Virginia hot dog a couple of days before at another location but it wasn't nearly as good as the one we had here. Outstanding! Give them a try.“

“The food is terrific! I give everything I have eaten a 5/5. My favorite is the chicken salad (scratch) sandwich with chips (scratch) with a side of saracha mayonnaise (scratch) to dip my chips in. Dishes are always fresh and everything is made from scratch.“

“We visited Bridge on Valentine's Day Eve and really enjoyed the experience. The blackened steak with fettuccine alfredo, roasted garlic, and sun dried tomatoes was delicious. The alfredo sauce was exactly the right amount to compliment the scrumptious steak but not over powering. The roasted garlic was a nice touch & very good. This was not only a delicious dish, it was a nice surprise & change of pace. The s'mores cheesecake is yummy! And the coffee master makes a great, frothy hot cup of wonderfulness!“

“I went there with a date, for lunch. The only thing I didn't care for was the wair to be seated. We stood there for 14 minutes waiting for someone. The woman who came in behind us walked immediately to the cashier and began speaking with her. She grabbed a menu and proceeded to walk around us and when a server finally came, she was at first. They didn't have a sign up, stating they were looking for help, but we weren't even acknowledged by anyone.“

I went in with my brother and gram and we got the 5.99 2 piece fish meal and it was just so good so crispy with the tater sauce love the crispy hush puppies. I highly recommend coming in and getting a meal it will be worth especially if you set down and eat it right there in the restaurant while it's freshest. Staff were kind and we got our food quick.“

“Walked in this restaurant just a couple of minutes of opening. Little crowd, but service was at the premium.

Lauren took our order with a smiling face and such a wonderful attitude. She was extremely helpful with ordering. She praised the taste of the different dishes that Applebee’s has on the menu.

We received our drinks and appetizer. Drinks looked good and cold. The appetizer was served on an oversized plate and we couldn’t wait to dive in.

Our meals came out at the perfect time. Hot, steaming, and sizzling for me, and a large, precision placed salad for my sweetie.

Overall tastes on both meals were excellent!

Thank you Applebee’s and Lauren for an overall excellent dining experience. Plus, we can’t forget about the ones who prepared each plate. Outstanding job and service!!
