“I just left this particular Arby’s drive thru and I have to say tonight was the best fast food experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly, sweet, and helpful. The food looks and tastes delicious and they were quick and accurate with our order. So many always only complain about the bad but I feel like when you get an experience like this they deserve an atta boy! Has my experience always been this great at this location, No… BUT tonight’s team DESERVES the recognition for a JOB WELL DONE! “Today I picked up a catering order of 6 subs. 5 of the 6 subs were correct. I called to let them know the last was to be a tuna and not Turkey. The Manager offered to drive out the sub to my house in Inwood and threw in free cookies for our party as well. I can’t thank you enough. We absolutely love your subs and you went above and beyond. The driver refused our tip even when we tried. Thank you for being an amazing business in our community.“

I felt welcomed when I came in and my food was fast, fresh and very tasty. If you are in Martinsburg this is definitely the Taco Bell you should be going to.“
