“Group of 6 bikers caught in a terrible rain storm. Pulled into this location and restaurant was locked, drive through only. Staff members Faith & Hunter invited us in. Provided coffee and meals. Just the fact that they were short staffed and very busy drive through, that they took the time to welcome and take care of our soggy group was simply exceptional service. Thank you Faith & Hunter, you were our bright spot on our very dark day!!“

“We were traveling through the area and happened to notice the Jersey Mike's on the next block. I'm so happy we decided to run over for a quick lunch.

From the moment we entered the store, to having our sandwiches brought to us, all the staff here were great. We were welcomed the second we walked in the door. Our order was taken and the gentleman couldn't have been any nicer. The young lady that completed our purchase was helpful and polite. The seating area was absolutely spotless and all the tables were clean. Another friendly staff member brought our food to us. You can definitely tell that these employees care about their store and customers.

“The food is wonderful. You can't go wrong with Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch. And nacho fries. Anyways the service isn't the best at this TB. A lot of kids work there. So they don't care about being nice. But other than that it's a great establishment“

“I would like to say that even though there was a shortage of workers, the service was more than adequate. There is a youngman working as a cashier who had a very good work ethic. When he wasn't taking orders, he was setting up all the customers would need in their orders, such as condiments, napkins, utensils, etc. I wanted to acknowledge him because he wasn't idle and worked well independently. The food was fresh and seasoned well.

“I had an extremely good experience here this evening. Everybody who work there seem to be enjoying themselves while still maintaining a very fast level of service. I felt welcomed when I came in and my food was fast, fresh and very tasty. If you are in Martinsburg this is definitely the Taco Bell you should be going to.“

“Today I picked up a catering order of 6 subs. 5 of the 6 subs were correct. I called to let them know the last was to be a tuna and not Turkey. The Manager offered to drive out the sub to my house in Inwood and threw in free cookies for our party as well. I can’t thank you enough. We absolutely love your subs and you went above and beyond. The driver refused our tip even when we tried. Thank you for being an amazing business in our community.“

“I just left this particular Arby’s drive thru and I have to say tonight was the best fast food experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly, sweet, and helpful. The food looks and tastes delicious and they were quick and accurate with our order. So many always only complain about the bad but I feel like when you get an experience like this they deserve an atta boy! The staff (Ryan, Mathew, Yanni) were very friendly and provided fantastic customer service. Honestly they're salt of the earth people, and the company is lucky to have them. As such they really should give them a raise! It's hard to find good help these days, especially with younger generation.“
