“One of the best subways I have ever been staff fast friendly it's clean it's great if you dine in. Every time I place a order online it's messed it. If I'm ordering online it's because one of my kids or husband is picking up food for me or I'm in a hurry. If u want toasted I suggest order not toasted if you want to order chicken wrap I suggest ordering tuna. Its frustrating how different the service is.“

“We stopped here on our way home from Spring Lake, NC. Samantha was our host. She was amazing. We were on the road since 11:45 AM and we walked in the door at 6:50pm. I had 4 hungry kids with me. My youngest 2 year old daughter was HANGRY. Samantha and her team worked hard and fast to get our food. For $34.39 the kids each got a hotdog, fries, drink and a cone. My son got a cheeseburger instead of a hotdog. I got a water and some onion rings. You can't go to McDonalds for that price. While we were there an order was mistaken so Samantha ended up giving us some Chilli fries which was so very nice of her. Whatever food that wasn't eaten was taken with us to the hotel and eaten last night. This A&W restaurant will now be our go to restaurant on our way home from NC. With the kids getting the icecream, they were able to make their own root beer floats. 100% Grade A customer satisfaction. Thank you Samantha and thank you A&W for making this family's favorite restaurant addition.“

“Tried the new pretzel was too hard to eat. My Sub sandwich was amazing! BMT is a great sandwich only problem is the don't carry regular Italian dressing. Had to put my own on it when I got home.

Parking: Parking is usually busy. Hard to find a space. It's limited parking.

We called the store and left a voicemail to be called back by the very pleasant manager to tell me she was going to replace my whole order. 46$ worth of food they replaced and even went above n beyond to make my kids shakes and send them home with a toy. “My husband and I stopped at Hardee’s while passing through West Virginia, and I have to say, Christian was absolutely amazing! He was professional, kind, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. He was working the entire time we were there and never seemed to slow down.
Honestly, I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time. It really stood out to us, especially while traveling. Employees like Christian deserve to be recognized because they can make a simple stop for food a really positive experience.
I will be disappointed if someone in management doesn’t give this man a well-deserved pat on the back and, if possible, a raise! Hardee’s should be proud to have someone like him representing the company. Christian, thank you for your hard work and kindness! You definitely made an impression on us.“

“This is the first time in years that I had a delivery go wonderfully. The order was delivered hot and correct. I had all my sauces, the correct 2 liter and the pizza was perfectly round with a beautiful crust. The bread sticks were ALL soft and fluffy. The cheese sticks had cheese throughout and not burnt. The pizza was topped evenly with a great balance of crust. I was so amazed at this extremely satisfying meal, I had to post the good news. Great job! (This time)“

She made my iced caramel miacchiato perfect. My only complaint was from today when the gentleman at the window mixed my miacchiato.
