If there is any problem they will ALWAYS fix it. Unlike other subways, they DONT make your sandwich so messy that you should just have ate it with a fork instead. They take their time ensuring every customer has a great experience. It’s worth the stop.“

“We go to rally's on the west side every Sunday evening. we walk our dogs and we grab our dinner. there always so nice to the dogs and everything is always hot and fresh and their milkshakes are always a hit! and I've also never been there and their machines not work, I can always get a milk shake or an ice cream cone on a hot day ❤“

“I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger in the drive thru. The gentleman who waited on me was very professional. They were quick and efficient in putting out the drive thru order. The only thing I didn't like was the mushroom Swiss burger. it has some sort of sauce on it that I didn't care for. Had I known about the sauce, I would have asked them not to put it on the sandwich.“
