“Me and my best friend and my daughter went there tonight and Shannon was our waitress. She was awesome. She made us feel like we were at home. Our food was perfect. We never had to ask for anything. This lady has her stuff together. Her personality was wonderful so if you ever go to this restaurant in Martinsburg on Foxcroft Chili’s Ask for Shannon this girl will make sure that your experience of eating out with your family will be awesome very friendly, outgoing and as much as food costs today she even told us how we could save money by ordering instead of just a rack of ribs for the same price. If you order a rack of ribs, you get three sides so really for a order of rack of ribs. We got two males. We got a rack of ribs with two sides and some chicken quesadillas for the same price of just a rack of ribs. This lady seemed to care about me my friends and my daughter. It was awesome One of the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in my entire life and I eat out most of my life and I am 56 years old you go Shannon sell those baby back ribs and just a side note. If you’re Shannon‘s boss, this girl deserves a major raisethanks everybody so if you don’t want to be disappointed, ask for this lady, her personality will blow you away.“

“There was a very annoying alarm doorbell sound when you enter. Jarring enough to set the tone of your experience, priming me to not expect much.

That being said I got a burrito ? that was big and tasty. Service was nice. Made quick and fit what I was after so 4 stars from me. Please just remove that alarm on your door“
