“My family stopped here and bought 4 plain double cheeseburger burgers, a double bacon classic, 3 frosties, 2 orders of fries, a cup of chili, and a son of baconator. All for 35 dollars. Absolutely incredible and the staff was really nice. Their music choice is also really good and not quiet unlike other restaurants. My family will definitely return whenever we are hungry for Burgers and are in the area.“

“Stopped for my mother's lunch. I don't eat at Taco Bell very often so I was thrown-off by my mother's request. Had to stop my order and call back to Mom's to clarify what she wanted. The staff taking my order was cool about me stopping to call my mom and after making sure I ordered what she wanted, the order came out quick and accurate.“

When got to the window to pay, the cashier gave us back my debit card with a note on a strip of paper that said "everything will be ok 🙂". It's the little things ya'll. Clean dining room and staff was super cognizant of gloves and such. Close to gasoline and right off Interstate ramp. Plenty of parking. Kid friendly. Vegetarians will be in heaven!“

“Last night, as a weary traveler, I accidentally took the wrong exit and found myself near Barboursville. Before heading to my room for some much-needed rest, I stopped in the small town of Ona at Arby’s. Hungry and exhausted, I placed my usual order, plus a little extra to enjoy later.

At the drive-thru, I was greeted by a warm, friendly voice. I didn’t catch her name, but it seemed there were only two employees working, a young woman at the window and a gentleman preparing food. Despite my order being fairly large and customized, the service I received was hands down the best I’ve experienced at a fast food restaurant in the past 25 years.

The young lady was not only professional but genuinely customer focused. I expected to be asked to pull ahead, but instead my food came out quickly, so quickly I worried it might have been sitting around. To my surprise, the aroma of hot curly fries and fresh sandwiches filled my car as soon as I received my order.

I pulled into the gas station lot next door and sampled a fry. It was hot, crisp, and delicious. I couldn’t resist digging into one of my sandwiches right then. It was fresh, piping hot, neatly wrapped, and made exactly as I had ordered, clearly prepared with care. Hats off to the chef!

When I finally arrived at my hotel in Barboursville, I kept thinking about the experience. Later that night, I finished the rest of my meal and everything was just as good.

I want to commend the two employees who went above and beyond. Earlier that day, I had laid my brother to rest in Ohio, and I was on my way home. Stopping at that Arby’s could have been just another quick bite, but their kindness and pride in their work turned it into something special.

There are still fast food places where people care, and these two deserve recognition, and a pat on the back from their boss. Thank you, Ona Arby’s, for brightening a very hard day.“

“Our burgers, fries, and onion rings were cooked perfect as always. Their milkshakes are always the best. This location has always been a good place to eat. We have one in our town about 7 miles from our house, but always choose this location to eat. It is so much better than ours in our town. The food is better, the staff is friendlier, and the restaurant is cleaner.“

“I called this CFA and let them know I was showing up with a group of 25 with about an hour’s notice. The manager thanked us for the heads up and let me know their parking lot was a bit small and asked what we were driving. When I told him 3 vans - he let me know they’d block off a space for us to park so we could easily get in and out. We arrived and he came out to meet us and, as promised, had spaces available for all three of our vans. We went in and they got our orders filled quickly and with a smile. “There variety of biscuits have been spot on during the $1 biscuit promotion & can't beat the value. In a time where corporate entities are artificially manipulating inflation unchecked it's a welcome sight to still see a deep rooted American company with a remaining code of ethics providing a standard, while at a temporary sacrifice to there margin, it's an investment in the longevity of there clientele & that is good business. They particulary went up & above in my personal opinion at this location & great leadership stems from the top down. 5 stars.“

“This taco bell is pretty good. It's clean and service is fast. The sauce is available. Only downside is the self service soda dispenser is usually not calibrated properly.

“This Sonic was such a lovely place to stop for a quick meal after a long day driving. Our order was taken quickly and politely, the food was fresh, and the ingredients were excellent quality! There was some very real experience and craftsmanship in a simple drive-through burger. I was sincerely impressed. The young ladies working the Friday evening shift need more tips and all of the love and support. They're out here pushing elite-quality food at a chain burger joint!!“

“We went through the drive-thru at this McDonald’s location this morning on our way to Amish Country and before we were even parked in front of window #2 to pick up our food, we heard this angelic voice saying hello to our “beautiful faces”. She was so friendly and complimentary, even telling me I had a Farrah Fawcett vibe going on with my hair :). She was so pleasant. It was truly refreshing in a world where there is so much negativity.
