The woman who came in behind us walked immediately to the cashier and began speaking with her. She grabbed a menu and proceeded to walk around us and when a server finally came, she was at first. They didn't have a sign up, stating they were looking for help, but we weren't even acknowledged by anyone.“

“I’ve been going into this location for several months in the morning. The young man with the salt and pepper hair is always so polite and nice. He makes my whole experience so much better. He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! I’ve had previous experiences at this location that were not so nice and stopped going for a long time. He makes my day a bit brighter. Kudos for such a pleasant person Cold Spot!“

“We visited Bridge on Valentine's Day Eve and really enjoyed the experience. The blackened steak with fettuccine alfredo, roasted garlic, and sun dried tomatoes was delicious. The alfredo sauce was exactly the right amount to compliment the scrumptious steak but not over powering. The roasted garlic was a nice touch & very good. This was not only a delicious dish, it was a nice surprise & change of pace. The s'mores cheesecake is yummy! And the coffee master makes a great, frothy hot cup of wonderfulness!“

“The Tap is great! We were here a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time. The manager is so nice and knowledgable. They have an excellent selection of WV craft beers & WV ciders. They also do cocktails, sangria, and have a good selection of bourbon. We have had a charcuterie board (very nice), their Buffalo Chicken dip (it’s delicious), and Potato Skins (tasty). They have burgers, bbq,, sandwiches, and some other appetizers on the menu. We are here tonight and they are having a costume party from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Come on out to The Tap in downtown St. Albans.“

“I come here at lease once a week or once every 2 weeks, if you like going on the weekends be there at 11am sharp when they open so that you can get a table because the weekends are super busy and packed. Other than that the weekdays are okay and there's not much of a wait“

“The prices are WAY too high for the box lunches or I would probably eat here once every week or two. Fortunately, their receipts have promos on them if you complete a survey etc. and they often email promos/coupons. The staff is CLEAN, very friendly and has treated me very well. I am disappointed they discontinued baked beans as a side. The croissants and cookies are especially tasty. Happy to still have this business in our area“

“Gonna be honest I guess I just haven't had captain ds in a while but this really just slapped so hard today. I went in with my brother and gram and we got the 5.99 2 piece fish meal and it was just so good so crispy with the tater sauce love the crispy hush puppies. I highly recommend coming in and getting a meal it will be worth especially if you set down and eat it right there in the restaurant while it's freshest. Staff were kind and we got our food quick.“

“Walked in this restaurant just a couple of minutes of opening. Little crowd, but service was at the premium.

Lauren took our order with a smiling face and such a wonderful attitude. She was extremely helpful with ordering. She praised the taste of the different dishes that Applebee’s has on the menu.

We received our drinks and appetizer. Drinks looked good and cold. The appetizer was served on an oversized plate and we couldn’t wait to dive in.

Our meals came out at the perfect time. Hot, steaming, and sizzling for me, and a large, precision placed salad for my sweetie.

Overall tastes on both meals were excellent!

Thank you Applebee’s and Lauren for an overall excellent dining experience. Plus, we can’t forget about the ones who prepared each plate. Outstanding job and service!!

“I came here after an appointment in the area to read and enjoy some breakfast. I always love an eggs Benedict which they had a couple choices to choose from. I got the shredded beef Eggs Benny, with potatoes, and English breakfast tea. (They have Cholula which is one of my favorite hot sauces for morning meals.)
My waitresses were speedy, punctual and so friendly. It was a bit crowded, but only waited 5 minutes for my table. (Even going alone I got a whole booth to myself)
Enjoyed casually ease dropping on the tables next to me, and wasn't interrupted while reading a novel. It's a stimulating atmosphere, I find most corporate breakfast chains are. It's definitely worth a stop in, if you're in the area. :)“
