“As a local small business owner, I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but this one felt worth writing.

I stop here pretty regularly, usually through the drive-thru, but I've come inside several times too. I'm honestly embarrassed that I don't know this young lady's name, but if you ask who's got the pink hair, that's who I'm talking about. This is fully for her.

Every single time I'm there, she's moving. She's taking orders, making drinks, helping with food, cleaning, stocking, and somehow still finds time to greet everyone with a smile. It doesn't matter if it's busy or slow—she always seems to have a positive attitude, and that's something customers notice.

As someone who's managed people for years and now owns my own business, I know how valuable employees like that are. The people who stay busy without being asked, treat customers well, and make everyone feel welcome are hard to find. From everything I've seen, she's one of those employees.

Honestly, she's one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. She always has a smile on her face, my order is always right, and she makes every visit a little better. The Timbits don't hurt either lol, they're one of my favorite things to grab when I stop in.

I hope management realizes what they have because employees with that kind of work ethic and positive attitude are rare. She deserves to be recognized for everything she does. Great customer service is what keeps people coming back, and she's a perfect example of that.“

All I remember is I came in the weirton store and she told me that she normally works in the back and it's been 3 or so months that she was in front and it took her a minute to remember where the buttons were. She was the nicest person. Anyways she made the best drink I've had and I am a loyal customer for at least 7 years. Keep up the good work.“

“I was having a bad day. My mom passed away recently. I forgot my wallet and I told the young man (he wore glasses) working drive thru window. I was upset and I forgot my wallet. And I told him ‘listen I’m so sorry I forgot my wallet and I’m so sorry my mom passed and my head wasn’t in the right place’. This young man was so sweet. He gave me the drink anyways. And he was so genuine. I offered to bring the money back and he said it was just fine and that I did not have to. Which I’m still going to. But I don’t have his. Name. This was about 8:30 am today. I want you to know that you have a caring and genuine employe. He was empathetic and kind. He is a keeper. He made my sad day with that one act of simple kindness change into a positive for me. And I really needed that. So whomever this young man is you are a rarity. You are an amazing person. Thank you for not just the drink, but your willingness to be a good person in such a tough world.“
